We went to Texas De Brazil at the St. John’s Town Center for the first time on Saturday, 11/29. We were seated very quickly and immediately welcomed by our server, Alex. He was by far the best server we have ever had, at any restaurant. He made many recommendations for us since this was our first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse. He was very attentive, and also extremely friendly and laughed and joked with my husband and I. We will absolutely be back, and will make sure to ask to sit in Alex’s section. The food was delicious. We didn’t get much from the salad bar because we were there for the meat! 😂 But everything we had was great.

We ate here on Thanksgiving and was very disappointed. The potatoes were cold, bananas were overcooked and mushy, meats were bland and the chickens and pork were dry. We had to flag down most of the meats we were looking for since they would walk by our table most times. The servers were good despite the bar drinks being slow. This location is no comparison to the one in Orlando. A lot of money spent for little enjoyment. I will not be returning here.

Came for Thanksgiving lunch. Several dishes were cold (including potatoes au gratin [which were also a bit mushy], turkey, fried bananas). Meats were fine but brought out very slowly.

Been to the Orlando location many times which is superior.

Our primary server, Janine, was absolutely outstanding! The restaurant on Thanksgiving was super crowded yet she deftly handled our table and several others while providing the sense that we were regulars (we were not) whose preferences for drinks, cuts, and doneness she had memorized. The food was well-seasoned and delicious, with gauchos arriving routinely with fresh offerings. Holiday turkey, dressing, and gravy were on the mark. As might be expected in a filled restaurant, the noise level was a bit high, yet we were able to talk most of the time without shouting.

Food was extremely salty. Was disappointed that paying $60 for lunch didn't include basic soda.

The entire family of 5 adults and 2 small children had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the atmosphere relaxed. The waitstaff was attentive, but not overbearing. One member of our party summed it up, "It was more than an excellent food; it was an experience. " Don't forget to leave room for dessert!

It’s like a high end fast food restaurant, they rush you to eat bringing a lot of pieces of meat in a very short period of time where you don’t get to enjoy the food. They brought me the check with out offering dessert which is the best part of the meal and that made me feel even more rushed. (Fwiw No wi-fi for customers.)

Me and my husband and my adult son ate here last night and I have to say that this is the nicest restaurant I have eaten at to date so far.
The man who had taken care of us
name was Alex and I have to say that he has mastered his trade. The service he gave us was outstandingly perfect.
The food presentation and taste were so Immensely beautiful and delicious as well as the restaurant and atmosphere.
Everyone was so attentive to our needs, including the manager, who came to our table, which was refreshing.
From entrance to exit I was thoroughly impressed.

The food was either over salted or had no taste at all. I informed the manager when he came around to the table checking in on everyone. He said Brazilians cooked with a lot of salt. I have been to a this chain in another state and the food was fantastic, and his why I came back. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Of all things, the meat was disappointing. We told our server that we wanted medium to medium rare meat, on the rarer side preferred. The filet, sirloin, and flank steak were completely well done. My date chewed his sirloin for so long that it literally became a joke. Several minutes just to get it down as he didn’t want to spit it out in a napkin. When we reminded the server that we wanted, medium, rare not medium well she said, “oh I’m gonna kill those gauchos.“ But nothing changed. The salad bar was delicious and fresh potatoes and soup were also good, but we didn’t go there for vegetables and soup. We went there for steak. The bacon wrapped chicken was so dry. It literally was like powder on the inside. Also, I don’t like having dirty plates left in front of me and having to ask them please please can you take this plate as I don’t wanna go back to the salad bar with a dirty plate. We ordered our desserts to go they were just OK. It was quite loud. Just not for me.

My husband and I visited Texas de Brazil for a date night and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, from the salad bar to every cut of meat that came by our table. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We both really enjoyed our night here and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a great dining experience

This is the last time my family and I will eat here. Warmed over meats that were dry. The Manager did say they do so (warm foods) At $58 per person, I want just-made food. And, I dont want to wait and wait for meats. There were only 2 other small parties in the Restaurant. I was here for a birthday celebration and no dessert was offered. They would not give military discount since I had gift cards. Fogo will be my choice for a Brazilian experience. Very disappointed.

Amazing experience, super friendly staff, great ambience. Pure paradise if you are a meat lover obviously. but even if you are not. the salad bar is so incredible I highly recommend it for just that alone. The only blemish to that picture is if you have kids, they give you 50% off of the dinner menu but that's clearly not enough and felt a bit pricey, they should have a cheaper option for young kids.
