Reserved a table but was not ready. The salad bar wasn't great nor the sides. Meat was good and someone was always serving you.

I'm here right now! Terrible service! If you are a black/ white customer forget about it!!! Didn't refill my water, didn't ask if I wanted another drink!!!! Just took my husband plate away after he went outside I said don't take it away

It was great. Food was amazing and so was the decor. Unfortunately we overspent because we had both a coupon and a gift card and apparently you can't use both on the same visit, and nobody let us know ahead of time. So just keep that in mind when coming here.

THERES A REASON THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS EMPTY… The worst.. greasiest steak I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like vomiting. I will never go here again…. Fogo is 100X better.

Packed. I must say this was my first time going to this place and I would not have went if I knew I had to get up and serve myself my own sides. Not only that but I don't eat red meat and they only had chicken wrapped in bacon. The asparagus was cold as ice. This place is not for everybody. On the plus side the drinks were good and strong.

been here before, but went here for our anniversary, the food was great, a good variety of meats and the buffet was superb.... but our waiter was not attentive to us he was more invested in the table with a group of girls celebrating a birthday... We requested double of the cinnamon bananas like 5 times, and when he did bring it, it was only 1 order. our waters would be done, and it would take him forever to refill it.... seemed to be more interested in other things...

We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite having a reservation, we were not seated on time. Once we were finally seated, we waited 15 minutes before receiving water, and only after flagging someone down. We never had a dedicated server, which made the entire experience frustrating.

Throughout the meal, service was slow and inattentive. Our plates were the last to be cleared, and we had to wave someone down just to get our check. It felt like we were completely overlooked.

While we understand that restaurants can get busy, the lack of attentiveness and service made for a poor dining experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

This place is a lot of fun, great salad bar hot / cold. meat is not overly seasoned but very good , staff is well trained and they work together to make sure you are well taken care of.

We entered the restaurant and noticed only two couples seated in the restaurant. We were escorted to the rear and seated next to the restrooms. I observed more than 30 empty tables. I approached the hostess and requested a table away from the restrooms. The hostess offered the table next to ours. I refused. I mentioned this to Zay, the manager whose pants and shoes did not match his coat and tie. He advised that the hostess is a longtime employee and that he supports her decisions. Maybe this is why the restaurant is entertaining on four guests. We removed this cold restaurant from our list of nice restaurants, and we will NOT return.
We visited Fogo De Chao several times, and I have to say that the food, service, and atmosphere are much better than Texas de Brazil. They treat you like folks!!!

It's an okay option, but there's better options just a few minutes away. Food was good, service was okay. Just seemed a little overpriced for the quality.
