We went with another couple on a Friday night. We always add ourselves to the online waiting list for fast seating. Service is fast and food is delicious. We were just commenting on how good the food was and not overpriced. And that's why so many people love this place. We've been there at least 15 times. Yummy dinner rolls with cinnamon butter. accommodate large and small parties. But before you're seated everybody in your party must be present.

We had the fried pickles for appetizers and they were great with the ranch. However, the steaktips were horrendously salty. I don't remember ever having a meal at a restaurant that was that salty.

It was an awful experience, from the server to the dirty silverware and the floor manager. It was a Birthday dinner and said they were out of icecream ,we asked what about the cake part and she shrugged her shoulders and said no.The food was ok but, kept forgetting things to go with the meal.The server was so unfriendly from the start.Not a smile or friendly tone from the start.We would hear other servers at the tables next to us so friendly with the tables.Our server would walk away in the middle of a drink order. Awful start to finish. We were so excited to go there for this special day ,but ,it was such a downer.

Not even an offer for a discount to my meal when my country fried chicken came out of a CF steak, instead. Had to wait over 20 extra mins for the server to swing by after the mistake was noticed and before the CF chicken came out. Finished my veggies then had to wait for the chicken. Usually this place is good but last night, was disappointed to see they weren't going to make an attempt to show their apologies. Mistakes happen, so i judge a place by they overcome it to make it right. They failed this time.

My boyfriend and I went tonight for dinner. Our server Rae was an absolute gem! We had a little situation where our appetizer came out after our entrees (which was totally not an issue for us!) and she immediately jumped on having the kitchen remake them for us and taking it off our bill. Super professional, kind, and helpful!! We love this restaurant but this experience sealed the deal for us!

I typically love Texas Roadhouse but the last couple of times they’ve been caught lacking . Generally the food is awesome very good . However tonight when we went for my daughters birthday the service was subpar . We received 4 rolls for 6 people and was promised another basket (never happened) . Not to mention the rolls were delivered just as our food was . Told the waiter it was my daughters birthday she’s 10 so generally she was excited to be sung happy birthday to and nothing was done just another forgotten thing on the list . I understand being busy but please be mindful and take time with your tables you never know what milestones they may be celebrating .

The food and service here is always phenomenal. My wife and I visit here once a week. We are always seated promptly and food comes out quick. I never have any complaints with the food; they cook everything perfectly. The only thing that gets annoying is having to make banter with the hostess/host while you walk to the table and the managers that interrupt you while you're eating to let you know their name and to let them know if you need anything....but honestly that's probably because we're they're every week so we hear it all the time and it's always while we're in the middle of eating our meal. This still reigns as the best TR in the area by far!!

The manager who claims she runs operations at this location is pretty much a rude, unprofessional person. My son works for Texas Roadhouse out of state. When he comes home every now and then, he likes to take us to this local roadhouse because in the past they have given him and four guests a 30% discount on their bill which is pretty nice. He has always been told they (at this location) have a local policy of doing that for employees of other Texas Roadhouse locations. Well tonight, he brought us there (4 of us) and when it was time to pay the bill the manager informed us that they were only going to give him 30% discount on his meal and three guests not the four. A junior manager told him that. They had not done that (it would have been $45) so I showed them and then moments later the head unprofessional rude manager stopped by to tell us that their policy was only to discount the meal of the employee and if they felt nice “to do a little extra”. I took the lead and explained to her what the past practice was and also what the other manager committed to us just moments before she approached. She was real smug and went against what the other manager had already told him was common practice. She then openly shared that she just didn’t feel like discounting his bill because she thought it was an unacceptable amount. The discount would have been $60 on the full meal. They had given him a discount of $25. I can only imagine that this woman must be a real treat to work for if she treats corporate employees like this. We will never go back to this location and if you don’t want to possibly have to deal with this real treat of a manager, you should avoid it too.
