I've had better steak, had a fiasco getting system to take a gift card. Took 20+ min to check out. If you like loud restaurants this is the one for you. You have to be right by each other to hear. Update, I've been back several times since and it's a hit or miss with the steak. Just went for my birthday and my husband and I ordered the same thing med rare 12 oz ribeye, mine was more rare and my hubby's was done no pink. I'll be back cause I still love the food. One more thing, the ladies bathroom was in terrible shape so they need to check it more often when busy.

Yogi was an absolute rockstar! Diligent, charismatic, and incredibly efficient. She made our dining experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely one of the best servers we've had. Give that woman a raise!

We prefer this to Longhorn by a Longshot! Churassco with chimichurri was very good. Salads are fresh and more than a bowl of lettuce. Yeast rolls with cinnamon butter also very good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have come here many times and have family that works there. Tonight Texas really dropped the ball tonight!!! We had Vergil for our waiter tonight. He was ok, not the worst server we ever had. We waited on him multiple times to try and order our food and for a side of ranch. By time we foot the ranch for the blooming onion we were don’t with it. One of our appetizers took 30 mins to even get brought out to us. We waited an hour for our meals. 2 tables that were seated after us were served their food before us and we still waited for our food. We asked to speak with the manager Mike to pay for our appetizers and drinks and cancel the meals we waited over an hour for. He told us our food is coming right up. When our food finally came our steaks were lukewarm and my husband’s was burnt on one side and over done. No one came to check in on us after receiving our food either. We ended up packing the food up to go . We were so irritated we weren’t in the mood to eat. All on top of it we had to pay for our hour late food! Very disappointing!

We like the specials before 6pm. This visit I had prime rib full price. It was good, but it tasted little smoked. The service here is always top notch! I love sitting at the bar Everything is so good. I will be glad when the Kingsland ga restaurant opens

I've always been happy here. Always a bit crowded but only a 10 minute wait. Got yeast rolls right away and they were delicious. My baked potato was large and perfectly baked. My sirloin was so tender! A little salty but next time I'll ask for no salt. They can do that. Service friendly.

This was my first time here. I was pleased with the service. It's a very casual family friendly environment. I recommend the baby back ribs. Very tender and falling off the bones. The place was busy but it didn't take extra long for us to get our food. The manager came over and because it was my first time there, she gave me a coupon for a free appetizer on my next visit.
Not really sure what all the fuss is about. Past two visits have only been okay. Baffling why people wait as long as they do for mediocre food?? The wait was ridiculously long so my husband and I found seats at the bar. We were greeted with hot, fresh buns which is the only good thing about the place. There were two bartenders behind the bar who were accommodating enough but visibly overwhelmed. I ordered the beef tips because it was nicely described on the menu. What a disappointment! I ordered it MR and it came out raw, tepid and over seasoned and looked like it was slopped on the plate. I sent it back for a little more heat and was returned tepid and chewy. Definitely microwaved. My husband ordered a ribs and sirloin combo and his steak was also undercooked but he ate it anyway. Spent almost $100 for 2 people. Definitely not worth the overall mediocrity.

Worse experience. Steak house that can not cook steaks. Order two steaks medium well, they came rare. They took them back and returned with one rare, and one done with blackened carbon.

Tonight we came in with a group of 10. Our server Nory did an excellent job. We had a great time and my Ft. Worth ribeye was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Texas Roadhouse at River City in Jacksonville.
