I would give this place zero stars if I could. Probably had the worst experience in my entire life tonight. We had about a 45 minute to an hour wait to be seated, Which I understand it was somewhat busy tonight.
Upon getting into our reservation They didn’t really have a table set up for us and we’re making us move around a couple of times just to get a sit situated. Not that big of a deal. But then we didn’t know who our server was. And we sat there for about five or six minutes before someone greeted us. Then they left. Another seven minutes goes by And someone shows up to take our drink order. We’ve been sitting for a while, and I had had to ask somebody other than our server to get us some bread at this point since we were hungry. She takes our order And didn’t seem to have the greatest attitude when she did it. It take about another 5-6 mintites to get our drinks. Then we proceeded to wait almost an hour for our food. When we got our food, every single plate except for one of them was wrong out of seven. Most of our meals were severely undercooked. Wrong temps. I had a raw chop steak when I ordered medium well. The burgers were almost raw. Nothing was on the correct plates and we never spoke too or even saw our waiter. We waited another 30 minutes of eating time without speaking to another person. I had to get up and ask another server two different times to get us some stuff that we needed. My parents sat up and waited for about five minutes up at the front for a manager to speak to them.
My family ate their meals for the most part if they could. The restaurant would only comp two of the seven meals, though even though most of them were a problem and we had the most horrible dining experience. We still had to pay $160. I was extremely upset at this restaurant and felt like they were not making this right. We had a horrible time since the beginning, and all of our meals were wrong. It was not a pleasurable experience whatsoever, and I will not be going back to this restaurant

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had not only at a Texas Roadhouse but eating out in general. To start of with our server , Chi Chi took roughly 25-30 minutes to get our drink order , 45 minutes in total to get fresh baked bread to the table with the excuse that there was none in the window when she had in our 45 minute wait at the table delivered not one but two baskets to a table who had just received their food. Then when ordering she proceeded to argue with me about the way I’d like my steak cooked. Not everybody knows what Rare plus is ( medium rare but just a bit more closer to rare than medium , I just like my steak a bit more pink but not fully rare. Then after I explained this to her in her arguing with me she proceeds to tell one of the managers she is confused by the order and sends her over to explain how they cook steaks there. At this point I am pissed off at having been disrespectfully argued with over MY steak preference , and lack of service , that I told the manager that I explained what I meant to chi chi and that I’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse at varying locations over the years and have NEVER had a problem with how I’ve asked for my steak and to be argued with in such a disrespectful manner and to have this conversation now I will not be going back to this location again. Then the rest of the visit I don’t know if it was a poor attempt at saving face or what my side of chili came out cold , then after I ate it because of being hungry from waiting an abundant amount of time for everything , our server brings another cup of chili out and states “ I know they brought yours but they made another and I wanted to bring it anyways.” I am not going to be won over by excess chili I did not want , and gave it to one of my friends dining with us who also had been waiting for way to long for bread and service in general. Then our server proceeds to refill drinks and tell me that the restaurant manager/owner of that location is whose cooking my steak. I am sorry I don’t care who cooks it as long it’s done right and I am not treated with copious amounts of disrespect while dining. Then comes our food , my other side of mashed potatoes came out cold as well , the ribs in the sirloin and ribs combo I ordered were BEYOND overcooked , dry and tough to even chew. The rest of the food came out well enough to for the rest of my party. This lack of service , argumentative behavior with those dining at this location and sheer disrespect leads to not only my not returning but I HIGHLY recommend against dining here.

After being seated and our order taken, it was almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive and it was all over cooked with the gravy on top of the chicken fried steak, being congealed. That only happens when food is left under the heat lamp for an extended amount of time. The beef tips were so over cooked they weren't edible. I have literally never had such an experience from any Roadhouse in any state I've visited in the last 5 years.

We were very excited to try this place. We left kind of disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice place. The service was good but it was very busy so our waitress took a long time between checking on us. The food was pretty good except the steaks and the vegetables were all very over salted. Too much for our taste. I don't like giving unfavorable reviews but we really didn't enjoy our meal and agreed that we probably won't be going back. Sorry T.R.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order over the phone because online ordering was down, then drove 20 minutes to Texas Roadhouse only to be told my order was never placed. The employee clearly dropped the ball, and instead of owning the mistake, the staff acted completely indifferent and uninterested in fixing it. No apology, no solution just a total waste of my time. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating. I understand the kitchen is close after placing the order an hour before hand but the lack of sympathy about the situation is unacceptable
