I have loved this bakery since it's arrived to Jax but my recent visit on way back home I have to say ended up not being as pleasant. Staff is amazing, food is usually great, but this batch of pandesal I bought... there was pieces of cardboard in it that when I was chewing the pandesal I was like hold up why is this not breaking down like it's supposed, I pull it out of my mouth and found that the bread had cardboard debris in it.
Update - It was super easy to get a response via Facebook and was able to get a refund. They were quick to respond and were super kind in store.

Really sorry for my friends from the Philippines, but as foodie I know quite well the food from many countries including the Phillipines and in this case it's average. Don't know if was the moment or the day but the variety of desserts were not fresh, the vivinka was quite hard, the putto cake very bland and just a few selections. Sorry, but will try to go in another time just if my opinion change.

I have to stop here every time I am in Jacksonville. There are no good Filipino bakeries in Orlando. My only complaint is that they need a bigger space!

Wherever I need my Filipino baked goods this is the spot! The ube pandesal! They never run out and it’s always so fresh. They have a huge variety of Filipino desserts including a drink bar.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at your establishment. Our group placed an order for over $700 worth of bakery items on Sunday, and while waiting for my Buku Pandan, the woman preparing my drink deliberately ignored me and skipped my order for 30 minutes. I will not be returning. Please address her attitude or consider removing her from customer-facing duties. The cashier had to intervene twice, even asking her, "Why are you behaving like this?" We will not be coming back again.

Their Dubai chocolate croissant is amazing! I definitely need to get another one soon. It’s got the crispy knafeh with pistachio cream inside, which pairs perfectly with the croissant! Their ube bread, chicken empanadas, and so much more—everything is so good. The only downside is I can't resist stopping by after my gym session every time lol

Never been in any filipino establishment but they blew me away last night. Great selection of different pastries and savories, all the girls working were attentive including the one who took the time to explain what each thing was since I was unfamiliar with their cuisine. Beautiful smiles all around, well kept business and very clean. They should be proud of how this place is ran. Pastries were excellent and just had an Ube bread for breakfast this morning

The parking lot and the store were easy to get to. When we entered, my husband and I weren’t greeted. There is a plentiful selection of various Filipino baked goods, like ensaymada and Ube treats. You can also order milkshakes, fruit drinks, and coffee. There is outdoor seating. The place was packed, which tells you it is really good. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Ube brownies, which had a rich flavor. We were served fast - in and out in ten minutes.
Since a lot of people were at the bakery, there wasn’t much room to walk. There is no restroom, so keep that in mind. You may also want to do some research on Filipino baked goods before coming here (if you’ve never had them before), as there are no explanations on the signs.

Vegetarian options: Most baked goods are Veg. Don’t know? Just ask.

No eating in take out only

Drove 5 hours just to get their freak baked filipino goodies. Reminds me so much of home and I hate that I have to drive so far just to come get but it's good because I won't be buying this everyday and get fat! I'd be here getting all the goods! Definitely worth a trip and to go. I froze many of their pastries because I could not eat all in one sitting and they still tasted really good. My favorite is the shopow and hopia! Definitely will make the trip again to try the rest of their baked goods.
