Use to be a 5 star. But like any other restaurant/Bakery. Once the business gets established. The food quality declines.
ie. the ube bread used to stuff with a large amount ube. Now there’s barely any ube.

I tried seven different items—both sweet and savory—and every single one was perfect. Each had its own distinct flavor, balanced sweetness or salt, and tasted exactly how it should. It’s rare that everything from one bakery is this good. Prices were reasonable too. Highly recommend.

I always stop here whenever I am in Jacksonville. No complaints about the food. But the young lady cashier has an attitude. That little terminal pad of yours for payment was asking for A TIP. YOU'RE NOT A RESTAURANT that deserves that, I understand it may be built in to your entire kiosk, so anyway, she was watching me and I clicked NO TIP. And her attitude even became snotty. Even told me in a condescending tone to return the basket by the door. Not how you treat a long-time customers. Dont cheapen the actual servers who deserves tip. You ringing up my order and asking me to return the damn basket is not worthy of tips. Such entitlement.

Filipino owned bakery. Freshly made bread and pastries. My daughter and I love this place. It is very busy on Sunday. Space is a bit small inside. They do have a canopy sitting bench outside. Good day to visit are weekdays if you like a more quiter and have more time to look around.

Outstanding Filipino Bakery. Very large variety of baked goods. Most likely to have any Filipino baked goods you crave. All yummy 😋. Excellent coffee made to order by baristas too. Don't pass it by.

Their traditional filipino deserts are incredible! The buku pandan was amazing. The same can be said about their Halo Halo. All the baked goods are fresh made right there in the store. This is one of Jacksonville Florida's hidden gems. If your in Jacksonville you have to stop here. You will not regret it. You will try foods that are only found in the Philippines. The staff was amazing and the price was perfect. You can eat food here you have never heard of and not break the bank to do so.

I regularly visit this bakery. Most of their bread are good. However, one day I bought pichi pichi and it was bitter. I called to let them know, the lady who answered the phone was in a rush and kind of dismissive.
She informed me that she will just refund me the amount for pichi pichi. I never got a refund. She basically lied to me.

UPDATE: Thank you for addressing the issue. I will sure visit your store again.
