Nothing was first class. Appetizers and salads came out at same time. Entrees 45 min later. Bug found in a glass of water. Over priced. Doesn't compare to Ruth Chris for the value. Won't go back
Fabulous dinner and service. Steak was cooked perfectly and the Seabass was also delicious.
Our waitress and Francisco were great. Capital Grill is always a nice place for great food and service.
The seared scallops and lobster risotto had an overpowering level of black pepper. There were also very few gluten free options and not even any indicators on the menu. I've had much better meals for far less money. Apparently there is no longer a dress code either. Overall, I could pay less for better food and have a restaurant that cares for the dietary needs of their customers.
We sometimes choose to do “Linner”, which is basically Lunch and dinner combined, and we enjoy the ambiance, service and food at The Capital Grille!! This visit was made extra special with the service of Holden. Holden couldn't have made the afternoon and meal extra special with his attentive approach to everything. We really enjoyed our afternoon there and the food!!! Can't wait to go back for another “LINNER”!!! Thank you Capital Grille and Holden.
Fantastic staff; delicious food...really went above and beyond. All I did was write "anniversary" in comments section of our reservation (our 7th)...the staff had confetti on the table, a signed card by all the wait staff and complimentary glasses of champagne for our party of 4. Also, I'll ordered a filet with an added lobster tail. The chef sent out 2 complimentary tails with the filet, as the main tail I'd ordered was a little delayed. Our group was just elated by the attention to detail, presentation, and friendly/superb attitude of all of our servers! Not to mention, the food was out of this world!
Wonderful anniversary date night dinner. Service, food, and atmosphere were perfect. If they have a chimichurri specials, definitely recommend!

Outstanding! The service, the menu and the atmosphere was perfect. Birthday celebration was made special by Alex our wonderful host.
The service and friendly atmosphere made our meal and celebration of my 92nd birthday a very pleasant experience. I had a delicious steak and my wife had lobster. We enjoyed the meal and the staff and management stopping at our table to wish me a Happy Birthday.
Three of us took advantage of the Wagyu and Wine promotion at the Capital Grille, each enjoying a glass of Orin Swift wine paired with a cheese burger (2 of us) and Swiss mushroom burger (one of us). One had a happy glass of cabernet sauvignon and another an Old Fashioned to start the evening. The burgers and the complimentary bread were delicious and the wines enjoyable. Service by Hunter was excellent and the manager stopped by to check on us. Overall, we had an outstanding experience as we always do at Capital Grille.

We love it here. Service is always awesome. Food is delicious. But this time, I ordered the Salmon and after the second fish bone, I stopped eating. It was surprising.
We Always have a Top Notch experience when we eat at Capital Grille. The Food is always Amazing, The staff professional and gives Outstanding Service, Big Thanks to Mitoki & Victor who always takes such good care of us! Thank you Capital grill for being one of our favorite places to have dinner.
Melina was an excellent server. She was in tune with our wishes and needs. A very lovely experience!
I enjoy the little sidecar dining rooms due to the volume in the main dining. The wagyu was delicious. Service is lovely. We love coming to CG. Unfortunately the rising prices haw taken it out of my lunch rotation and only a special occasion.
2025 (solo dining experience): Today I returned after five years to this location. I was quite disappointed with the food this time. I came solely for the Waygu and Wine pairing. It was not at all what I expected. My order of the Waygu Swiss burger was less than visually appetizing. There was barely any aioli on the bottom bun. The top bun was slightly burned and completely dry, along with the medium well burger I requested; which was prepared under-cooked. There were no grilled onions on the burger and barely any mushrooms. I had to request grilled onions to complement the burger's taste. Although it was well seasoned, the presentation lacked luster. The truffle fries were nice and fresh, but required seasoning. The wine pairing, did not really do the burger any justice. The Pinot Noir was lite, and minimum in flavor. I did not taste any notes of sandalwoods or the stronger bite I am accustomed to with a nice Noir. I must say though, the star of the night was my waiter Mikkiyo-name meaning Japanese Warrior; (spelling maybe incorrect). He welcomed me and ensured my visit was exceptional; despite the food and its presentation. I'm unsure if I will return. If nothing more it would be for the service!
