Came for my birthday dinner ordered a $50 filet just to come burnt on the outside and rare on the inside when I ordered med well . Manager had it remade took another 20 mins came back burnt yet again. I ended up having to pay for a meal I didn’t eat and brought home to my dog . I’ve been coming here the last 5 yrs for my bday even got engaged here but we won’t be back

Never got to try! We were told it was a 20 minute wait everybody around us proceeded where we stood ! We waited 45 minutes never got the call so we had to leave! Very disappointed!

There so busy so the service sucks sometimes when it's crowded but I love the meatloaf meal and the banana cheesecake.they give you lots of whip cream so you never have to ask for extra because they give you plenty

I usually have a good experience at Cheesecake Factory but last night was the worst experience we’ve had. I have dietary restrictions (Gluten free and Lactose Free) and I let our server Paola know from the beginning. And my plate came out completely wrong 4 different times. To the point that I didn’t even get to have my meal with the rest of the party and had to get it in a Togo bag even though we were there for 2 hours. But we were told that since they messed it up the kitchen was now backed up and it would be awhile. If it’s the restaurants mistake then they should be able to put a rush on it but that did not happen. And after all of that there was no offer to correct the mistake with a discount or comping the meal. I find that ridiculous when it was messed up that many times. Our table also didn’t get offered any refills the entire night because she seemed to be avoiding our table after messing up the order numerous times. When a guest has dietary restrictions and allergies and something like this gets messed up THAT many times you would think a manager would be on top of the situation.

Birthday celebration for my 6 year old granddaughter. We had a party of 14 and was not allowed to make a reservation, when we were seated it was in two separate booths which made us all on top of each other and very uncomfortable the manager on duty “Arnold” said take it or leave it!!

Phenomenal dining experience at Cheesecake Factory. Their food is amazing and there are so may options to pick from. Their service is always top notch. Our servers name was Morgan and she was very patient, kind and attentive.

I love going to Cheesecake Factory for date night, girls night, birthdays or family gatherings. They never disappoint and their desserts selection is out of this world.

The manager Mr.Burt is Dishonest, unprofessional and very rude. He yelled, hung up in face when I asked him a question.

Good atmosphere. Always crowded, busy and the in demand place. Only place we make reservations.. Maybe it’s their unique menu!

Try same item twice, good chance it won’t taste the same. Coconut limeade was good first time, second visit in two months changed impression :) But better than custom mojito with jalapenos. Coconut limeade appears to be the only good option in non alcoholic drinks.
Same with Avocado egg rolls but appears the best bet for vegetarian(plus eggs) besides Zuchini fried appetizers.

Not much to choose from main course. Couldn’t get Alfredo pasta as we were told there will be chicken broth in Alfredo sauce. Thanks to the server we had during our first visit! Server during second visit wasn’t that good!

Tried cheese pizza with custom toppings. Was decent flat bread pizza different from usual pizzas.
Dulce De Leche Cheese cake was ok.

Overall appeared pricey for a vegetarian!

I come here often usually for family parties or to just treat my sisters/friends! Anyways tonight we had Morgan & I’m gonna make sure to always ask for her. No matter how busy she was, she didn’t let is show it. She was on top of everything and really made my fiancés night a great one! Thanks Morgan!
