The Club at JAX is bad even compared to other versions of "The Club" at other airports. The Club is not a great lounge to begin with, but the one at JAX is really terrible. They stop food service 45 minutes before closing, they do not regularly monitor the doors so you're going to wait to get in, and their selection is like going to a gas station. On top of that, they close at 7 pm so you probably won't be able to use them unless you are on a mid day flight.

Friendly staff. Needs a furniture refresh.

I gave this place three chances before I wrote a review. Only go in here if you can get in free. Probably still not worth it. Your time is probably better spent at one of the bars. Priority Club should audit this place.1. Food and drink service is through a web app that is glitchy.2. The furniture is dated old and broken.3. The food is questionable at best. Burnt, wrong temperature, etc.

People are nice, but it's pretty rundown.

Typical club insert airport. Buffet and beverage station. Bar wasn't opened when I was there but looks like complimentary well, wine, and beer. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, hard boiled eggs, and a yogurt parfait station. It's an ok stop when you don't want to wait at the gate. Comfy seats and tables.

Limited seating and food choices, but what they have is good, Stsff is fine. Closes at 7PM.

Great atmosphere and staff, food was very limited which was a surprise for our first time using Priority Pass with our Amex. Eggs weren't fresh and there weren't much options which was very disappointing.

This is my home lounge and it's gone downhill over the last 3 years. It's never been great, but hours of operation are not honored-hit or miss, service is the same, I never order or eat the food anymore because it's awful, and prepare to wait to get in if you even can during even a little airport traffic. This lounge needs just a little attention and proper management ASAP and it could be good again.

I had a fine time here arriving around 6:15 and there was no wait. It was not crowded. I saw a lot of folks posting low star reviews mentioning a wait. Perhaps I just got lucky. I had okay food, better than I expected actually and there's a nice espresso machine. Is it the Alaska or Centurion lounge? Nope but it gets the job done.

I don't know who is responsible for this lounge, but they should be ashamed.

The only thing worse than the wait to get in is the disappointment of getting in.

I checked in and was told the was a waitlist since it is full. After waiting I walked in and the place was almost empty. Not even a single person sitting at the bar. I counted 20 open seats with only about 10 people there. They are just lazy.

Please offer grab and go. The whole lounge concept has to be re-envisioned. I’ve been using lounges for the better part of the last decade near August something different than they were 10 years ago. And that’s OK. Time to start thinking outside of the box.

This is the most depressing Airport lounge. Food choices are horrendous and not labeled. I didn’t know they weren’t serving real food or I would have skipped. I didn’t know what soup I was eating. Please skip this lounge if you can help it.
