Espresso was fine. However the washrooms don’t have hand soap and witnessed barista leaving them and not washing their hands despite a washing station behind the main counter. This was the first time I was here and will be the last. They also do not have power for laptops.

Not what I expected after googling it. I wasn't sure what iced coffee to order because there was no coffee drink suggestions. Just coffee, latte, etc. So the lady asked if I like cinnamon and caramel. I said yes, so she starts making something and never tells me or asks anything and just hands this drink to me that I don't even know what it is. I didn't want to be rude so I just took it. It was BAD. But I paid for it and left. I felt so uncomfortable, I'll never be back.

Went to this place because an Uber driver said they had great coffee and was completely ignored. I will never step foot in there again. If you are black don't spend your money here. Notice everyone that's leaving a review is non black

I used to be a regular here, but never again. The place smells awful, and the staff need a serious lesson in manners. When I asked the barista to clean the table, she rudely said she’d do it ‘when she had time’—then even told me to bring my own coffee cup back. And the coffee? Basically just milk. The tiramisu was the only decent thing, but it’s not worth putting up with the terrible service. Don’t waste your time here.

been here since i was like 5, i'm 20 now. rly good coffee for real cheap. atmosphere has always been nice and cozy, and great workers <3 my new favorite craving spot for coffee n treats

Best coffee shop in town

My first two visits have been excellent. Great tasting, good quality coffee and delicious pastries are served.
The interior and outdoor seating is comfortable, clean and spacious. I love the old school, chill and relaxing vibes during my recent visits. A lot of regular customer traffic with friendly conversations. Owner and staff are courteous and professional. Wonderful coffee shop conveniently located near many other types of businesses. Highly recommend to the coffee aficionados in the Jacksonville area and all visiting the area!

I ordered an iced Americano at this place and the barista had no clue whatsoever what an iced Americano is made up of

She literally handed me one espresso shot over ice and when I asked her if she could add water, she proceeded to put the drink over the hand-wash sink and used the tap water to make my Americano.

Don’t hold out on buying their fresh coffee per bag as well (especially hazelnut).

Bro has been open for 25 years and the prices feel like they haven’t changed. I got my white girl latte for 3.50????? Whole order for 2 people was 5! Less than one drink at starbies. Dude does not speak english but he does speak coffee.

The hot apple tea was great. My friend had coffee of the day and he said it was good.
The only problem was that the music was a little loud ( for my friend not me).
