Not a terrible place, but I heard it was fantastic. I guess the food didn’t meet my expectations. The meat didn’t taste fresh. It was quite expensive for the quality. We went on a Sunday around 3pm so maybe there’s a different chef during this time…

We had been wanting to try this place for quite a while, and just did yesterday. Phenomenal! We had a communication issue when I wanted pork to go to serve about 15 people. The person on the phone thought eat in. Our intent was to have breakfast and Con Leche, taking the pork home. After a bit of talking to the manager on the phone, she made everything right. We ended up getting the 2 sides (rice and black beans). And she threw in yucca and plantains for our problems. We had no problems!
Our food was the best Cuban food we've tried!! The Cuban sandwich at breakfast was super tasteful, and EVERY item for lunch was out of the world. Our Latin family said it tasted like their grandmother cooked. Best compliment ever! And the amount of food was not expected AT ALL!

The inside atmosphere is very nice and welcoming, and very clean. Don't pass this place up!!

I visited this family-owned restaurant for an early dinner, and I’m so glad I did! It offers the most authentic Cuban food in all of Jacksonville. The restaurant was very clean, with music playing at the perfect volume and no waiting time. The food was full of flavor and simply delicious.

Been here plenty off times great food authentic but today labor is went well family ordered over 100 dollars worth off food ....every single item was horrible no salt no seasoning ....fries and fish filet were pure oil u couldn't bite into them fish filet burned in the bottom no seasoning cuban sandwich
was a joke I would be embarrassed to call that a cuban sandwich...palomilla steak thin as a rail no seasoning.....I ain't gonna continue ...this message is to owner whoever u had cooking before needs to cook the ones u have back there today need to learn I wouldn't serve what I got served to my worst enemy ......I ask for a manager they said there wasn't no one but the chef smh I paid for my food left it all at the table and walked out ....u had a good thing going always loved this place ...I wont go back ever again

First time going and the food was spectacular!! Really amazing roasted pork and the rice and beans were fantastic. Portions were huge and super clean place. Over all amazing and I will go back this time taking the family.

Heidi es un amor! Heidi was very sweet and the food was amazing! The owner puts so much love in the food she makes- and it came out fast! We are originally from CT and this did not disappoint.

My boyfriend and I have been hitting up all the local Cuban restaurants while visiting Jacksonville. This place was by far the best one. Heidi our waitress was very nice and attentive to our table. The empanadas were delicious along with the cafe con leche. Definitely will be back on our next visit to Jacksonville
