Empanada Lady empanadas are my weekend ritual.She offers a variety of flavorful and creative fillings and her pastry dough is buttery and crispy! The portions are sized generously; one is enough to satisfy, but two are perfect for a meal-sized portion.I recommend the sausage and plantain (we love a sweet and salty combo, especially with the salsa she makes to pair!) and any of her chicken empanadas, as they’re my personal favorites.

OMG! Love her empanadas so much! Chicken is always delicious ?. Tried both the ham and cheese, and tomato and mozzarella today. Wow! So glad she's in our area.

Such good affordable food Such personal and friendly service. Such a cool food truck. I must have driven by this food truck a hundred times and not seen it. But once I found it, I have been by two more times. Plenty of parking. Service (by the owner) is amazing. But the food:Empanadas are the way to go, but there are other options. Tomato and Mozzarella Empanada - sublime. Spinach Empanada - solid choice, I just love the tomato and mozzarella better. Chicken - good, but look for specialsBurnt Ends - wowza, really unique a d delicious. Strawberries and Cream - another one of that is delicious and inventive. Run don't walk, Empanada are only $4 each at this time.

These Empanadas are so delicious- my favorites are the buffalo Chicken, chickenThis this is my new fav - tomatoes & mozzarella with a balsamic. Strawberries & Creme is a good one. I'm excited to try her Fall apple flavor one!

Great food! Best empanadas in Jacksonville! Beef, Buffalo Chicken, and Shrimp are our favorites. Strawberries and cream, or Nutella and berries are wonderful endings to your meal. Owner is gracious in sharing ingredients and making suggestions. Mandarin is lucky that she chose our area to set up her business.
The service was friendly and quick. The food truck is adorable and their boxes coordinate too! I had a beef and a tomato and mozzarella. Both were delicious and not overly seasoned, the pastry was light and crispy.

Got to enjoy a couple of empanadas while out this evening. I had a beef empanadas and decided to try the tomatoAnd mozzarella empanadas. Both were delicious and stuffed full of tasty goodness. With a drizzle of balsamic the tomato empanada was transformed and Transcended my expectations.
