This location reminded me of why I have not been to a Flame Broiler in a while. I ordered a regular bowl that was half filled mostly with rice. The chicken was hard and rubbery…like it was leftover for the weeks. Who wants to eat old food? Gross
So much for simply healthy. This wasn’t worth the lunch break.

The meat had good flavor although it was dry. When I read the menu online I assumed I'd hear my order being prepared on a grill with delicious smells wafting through the air. That's not the case here. They must pre grill it and keep it in a warmer. You'll definitely need extra sauce so make sure to grab some on your way out. The magic sauce is pretty tasty.

First time visit and it was amazing. I'll definitely be going back. Forgot to take a picture of my meal. But I had steak, chicken, vegetables, white rice and that amazing secret sauce mixed with hot sauce. 10 outta 10 😋

Went today. The cashier was not in a good mood, we tried to order a regular bowl and she informed us the bowls are no longer available? Only plates. We did get the plates but am disappointed they no longer do the regular bowls we have been eating for years. Hope this changes.

When I was picking up the order for delivery, the young pretty girl cashier refused to pour cola. She said that it was not her job. At the same time, there were no customers in the establishment. And the cashier did not do any work.

First Time last time. Paid for the Angus; received chewy fibrous muscle. I order the broccoli veggies and didn’t receive a single Broccoli Head. ONLY STEAMS. There were no lines and it was extremely warm and humid. If you’re in the restaurant business, please study this location for future studies on what not to do, then contrast the “chicken salad, chick restaurant”. First time last time.

I really enjoy flame broiler and come about once a week but the guy at the counter is always rude and has no customer service skills. When he repeated my order back to me he said “regular chicken bowl” I just wanted to verify that it was the spicy Korean chicken and he said “all of our food is Korean”. I said well you have a Korean spicy chicken and regular chicken, I just wanted to make sure. He said “yes it’s the spicy chicken”. Sounds like he was being a smart a** and made me feel like I was an idiot for verifying because he made it seem like I was not getting what I asked for. Then when handed a receipt and pen, he pretty much hovered over me while I left a tip and signed. That’ll be my last time tipping. What am I tipping for? Rude counter service? I’m tipping to make my own drink, get my own sauces and to be called to the counter to grab my own food? Tipping is for sit down restaurants where people serve you and earn a tip. The guy with the glasses needs better training because he definitely made me not want to come back.
First time stopping by today and the cashier walk me through the menu. The grilled chicken taste really good (I did half and half) and the cook even took his time to bring us some sauce that will go with our order. Definitely recommend!
Everything is good, beside food. For the price they charge, this is complete ? disappointment. My first and last order. Good luck.

You walk in you stick to the floor. The place is so dirty. The guy at the register had no personable skills at all. The chicken was so burnt I couldn't even eat it. The sauce tasted sour like it was old. I will not be back to this location.

Came in today for first time. Guy working was absolutely wonderful. Food looked amazing and smelled amazing when I got home tryed the big chicken bowl without sauce to see how tender and juicy it was. Oh no so over cooked every bite just was like eating burntnrss.im am so upset this was like 11 bucks down the drain!
