Flame Broiler

In honor of Women's Equality Day, we decided to order from a local woman owned business & It was amazing!

We had our order delivered and it was 100% correct , hot and delicious! We tried their new salad and the spicy white meat chicken and it exceeded all expectations! I definitely recommend trying the spicy white meat chicken plate!

I swear, 99% of the other fast food we have tried over the year has been gross or missing something and it was such a refreshing experience to have everything be perfect! Thanks flame broiler!

Through emails, they told me they were mailing me a refund check and I have never received that.
Roaches in their food, and they don't keep their word either.

Just found a roach in my half eaten chicken bowl!!!
I'm completely disgusted with this place!!!

I grabbed dinner at Flame Broiler while in Jacksonville on business. It was walking distance from Hotel Indigo where I was staying. I wanted something on the healthier side and Flame Broiler met that mark. I ordered the steak bulgogi bowl. The food was fresh and flavorful. The steak was seared perfectly with a slightly smoky taste. I really enjoyed the Simply Magic sauce but was not a huge fan of Flame Broiler hot sauce. I added the avocado as well which was a great add-on. Overall, this made a nice place to grab a quick casual meal.

Was not acknowledged at all just standing there waiting for my order to be taken in, but nobody said anything very rude. Need to work on customer service and the place has a weird smell to it.

The bread was divine! Loved the butter & the taste of the bread, very unique! My husband got the porkchop & 6 cheese potatoes, the porkchop was very thick & seasoned to perfection. I got the prime burger & fries, 10 out of 10! Relaxing atmosphere & outstanding service!

This location reminded me of why I have not been to a Flame Broiler in a while. I ordered a regular bowl that was half filled mostly with rice. The chicken was hard and rubbery…like it was leftover for the weeks. Who wants to eat old food? Gross

So much for simply healthy. This wasn’t worth the lunch break.

The meat had good flavor although it was dry. When I read the menu online I assumed I'd hear my order being prepared on a grill with delicious smells wafting through the air. That's not the case here. They must pre grill it and keep it in a warmer. You'll definitely need extra sauce so make sure to grab some on your way out. The magic sauce is pretty tasty.

First time visit and it was amazing. I'll definitely be going back. Forgot to take a picture of my meal. But I had steak, chicken, vegetables, white rice and that amazing secret sauce mixed with hot sauce. 10 outta 10 😋

Went today. The cashier was not in a good mood, we tried to order a regular bowl and she informed us the bowls are no longer available? Only plates. We did get the plates but am disappointed they no longer do the regular bowls we have been eating for years. Hope this changes.

When I was picking up the order for delivery, the young pretty girl cashier refused to pour cola. She said that it was not her job. At the same time, there were no customers in the establishment. And the cashier did not do any work.

First Time last time. Paid for the Angus; received chewy fibrous muscle. I order the broccoli veggies and didn’t receive a single Broccoli Head. ONLY STEAMS. There were no lines and it was extremely warm and humid. If you’re in the restaurant business, please study this location for future studies on what not to do, then contrast the “chicken salad, chick restaurant”. First time last time.

We got a team lunch from here and the order was completed quickly and efficiently. This is a nice place to go for a healthy option that will fill you up.
