Food is usually good with great customer service, so my review is just for today. whomever is on the clock right now definitely needs help. I was asked white or brown rice I chose brown then was asked vegetables or none I chose vegetables…..did not get either.

Haven't had Flame Broiler in a while, so the wife and I stopped in. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food tasted fresh, and we were served very quickly.
I got the half & half bowl, and she got the chicken bowl. Yum!
Great experience, and we will be back more often!

Waste of money and they didn’t include the veggies that were supposed to be included. I don’t know what they have going on today.
Upon entry into the store I was asked to wait while the cashier took orders over the phone. This is not respectful of people's time who may be on lunch break or on a limited schedule. Maybe I'm over thinking it but phone calls can wait, customers standing in line should be dealt with first.
Also while eating we found a hair in our rice. The cashier promptly made a new dish for us. Thanks.
Other issue with this store, there is no ventalation. Smells like smoke and unbearable to eat inside. Cook appears to not have working fans and is sweating hard.

I’m obsessed with flame broiler!! The rice chicken and cabbage bowls are my favorite! Especially with the magic sauce!! I literally could eat it every single night!!!
