After attending Riverside Wine Fest, my friends and I decided to skip the long food truck lines and head to Garage—somewhere we’ve been coming to for years, often with big groups including our Stonewall Sports crew. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing due to the attitude of the bartender/server (female, Caucasian, black hair, goth style, multi-colored jacket).
When we walked in to order, she abruptly told us that if we came from the event, we needed to take our drinks outside the property. We fully understood and complied immediately—we barely had anything left anyway and simply had to carry them with us. We placed our order and waited outside as instructed.
My husband accidentally forgot to take the number, and when she brought it out, she slammed it on the table and said, “Maybe if you take your number we can figure out where to deliver your pizza,” then walked away. Completely unnecessary attitude.
We’ve supported this place for years because the food is consistently delicious, but the way we were treated on this visit was unacceptable. Until this staff member’s behavior is addressed, I can’t recommend Garage to anyone. Customer service matters just as much as good food.

Well, I only go for the veggie burger. Sometimes when my granddaughter is around, she does the cheeseburger sliders. Being meatless for some years now, their veggie burger is my preferred go-to. Ruffles chips on the side with my garage sauce. I've come to prefer the chips, fries would be a little bit too heavy for me.

Was upset the they blocked all country music on the touch tunes. Like I get inappropriate music but really Garth and Brooks n Dun??? Okay…. How’s me the people you want here. Those who are okay waiting 45 minutes for cold pizza. Which is yet another reason I won’t be back. Bartender literally ask” oh I forgot about it, it’s back there if you still want it”. Like for real???

This was my first time here, such an amazing experience thank you Christian for amazing service! I manage a bar in Jacksonville and I was very impressed with his service, the food was amazing as well! Definitely recommend if you're looking for good vibes and an amazing experience with excellent service.

Ordered a drink and their was nobody at the bar. The bartender seemed very nice but she couldn't make the drink I ordered correctly...
On top of that her manager having absolute melt down over her over pouring!!! He had the audacity to come at me! made me never want to come back to this place ever again. The guy was shaking he was so mad lol. Been coming here for years but I can't say that would ever happen again after the way they acted today...
I ordered a sandwich and requested two extra packets of their sauce. They gave me double the amount of food, and charged me for it. They took the extra sandwich off my bill, and threw it away in front of me. My only thought, after wanting to give them one star, was simple. It's that easy, huh. No wonder we have a food waste problem.
