The employee working today, 2/16/23 should be fired for their unprofessionalism, unkindness, and discriminatory conduct. Telling someone that they cannot get food because they get frustrated with them due to the employee being inpatient, should not be tolerated by any means. I will be doing a formal complaint against the employee and this business.

Walk right past the crazy long Starbucks line and find Sheryl at the Great American Bagel kiosk. Fabulous hot coffee! It appeared that they were out of several bagel flavors, but the ones they had looked good. Amazing customer service!!

Average bagel nothing special. Ordered the special with cream cheese and got a toasted bagel and two packets of cream cheese. Unfortunately they didn't have any knives. Suggested j ask Burger King if they had any.

Great breakfast 4 stars, horrible customer service 1 star! The cashier had a face on her! She kept playing on her phone until even after she saw us and we yelled out "hey" were here! As she walked toward us her phone received a text message and she had the nerve to go back and check it. She then proceeded to making our breakfast with a scowling face showing her displeasure of serving us. New year, same lazy employees. Not the type of person i would want as the first face someone sees for my company. Several other customers came by and waited and left because she did not acknowledge them. Cell phones should be left in a locker or drawer and not in your pocket while attending customers!

This was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give it zero stars I would. It’s is very unfortunate who ever owns this restaurant because your employee was extremely rude.

While expectations for food at airports tends to be low the breakfast here is sadly lacking.

2:15 pm on Friday stood in front of the counter and was told by two people behind the counter that they were on break and would not serve me . I went to Starbucks and got a bagel and sat and ate while I watched 4 more potential customers come up to the counter and leave empty handed . Also saw one of the people who sent me away take a bottled water , sit down and eat, then tighten the lid and put it back on the refrigerator shelf to sell. What was that all about ?! I don't know if he actually drank any but what is going on with this place? Terrible
Stopped to grab something quick for breakfast and so glad I did. The blueberry bagel toasted with cream cheese was delicious and then some. The bagel melted in my mouth! Totally hitting it up again on my flight back home.

Located near Gate 16 in Mccarran airport. Bagel and sandwiches. Coffee weak but overall decent value. Lots of dream cheese. Bagels are fresh.

I had the jalapeno cheddar bagel with Turkey, bacon, red onions, tomato, lettuce, cheese, and cucumber cream cheese spread. It was wonderful.

Listen, I know it's airport food but it's legitimate. After being awake for six hours sustained on bad airplane coffee I ordered myself a toasted veggie supreme on a jalepeno cheddar bagel. Let me tell you it was so satisfying. Thick smears of veggie cream cheese, loaded with roasted red peppers, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, red onion. It was crispy and thick and honestly about 1/2 the price of other sandwiches available with actual real filling. Service was quick and kind and if I'm ever at this airport again, it's what I'll be getting, hands down.
