My niece wanted Juicy Crab for her birthday. I made two to go orders that came to over $120. They wouldn't give my niece a birthday cake slice because it was a to go order. I even spoke to the manager and he wouldn't make an exception. I will not be back! Clowns.

It’s a franchise, so you expect things to be pretty consistent, and for the most part, they are. I’ve always felt like garlic should be tasted, not seen, but here it was just a bit too much in every dish. The pieces were a little too chunky for my liking, it could’ve been chopped up finer. That said, the oysters on the half shell were done just right and really fresh. Overall, not a bad stop, just needs a little tweak in the kitchen.

Very disappointed with management, ordered 6 lemon pepper wings they brought me 12 instead, I alerted my waiter and told him I only ordered 6 but they gave me more he told me it was his error and the he would talk to the manager. Normally i would have went ahead and simply paid for the extra wings but since wasn’t very hungry I just went along to hang with family ,I didn’t want to waste food. The waiter later can back with gloves on and an empty plate. He actually counted and removed 6 wings out of the wing basket that was brought to me. I was out done … I just wonder what where they gonna do with those six wings they took off my plate.
I always come here and the service is absolutely amazing. Our waiter was stormie she was very nice and it was a pleasant experience even on the fourth!!!!!!

The food was good but I feel like the price was pretty steep compared to what we got. The customer service was good, we went during a slow hour and they were a little slow about keeping our drinks topped off, the interior atmosphere was good and enjoyable, BUT outside was awful, there was trash (disposed crab legs and the bags that they bring the food to you in when the foods still marinating inside.) the dumpster was overflowing, the bags were all over half the parking lot, and millions of ants were everywhere, we visited this place on my motorcycle and I parked on the opposite side of the Parking lot, but when we left my bike was COVERED in ants. They need to either stay on top of the trash situation or pest control or something

I thought the place was still Red Lobster 🦞 so we just drove up and got out and hurried in. Our waitress was wonderful except after we kept commenting on the changes Red Lobster had made to the menu you would think maybe she would have realized we were not aware it wasn't Red Lobster !! The food was very average with no selection of fish either. Sorry but not for me again.
