The wait time is crazy saw people walking out and talking about waiting almost a hour for drinks.........yikes

Waited 45 minutes and didn't even get any service for a drink let alone food. The place smelt like they were smoking weed in the back. I get it's not fine dining by any means but come on yall would not recommend this location.

I ordered my food by Internet scheduled to pick it up got home and instead of Dungeness crab I had snow crabs contacted. The store manager came to the line. I advised them that I’m home and now I have the incorrect food. They placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. Continue to call. Evidently they have taken the phone off the hook. That is not good service

Took 30 minutes to get acknowledgment in regards with drink. Definitely need more workers wont ever come back to this location came from out of town and disappointed with the wait!

We come here all the time and it never disappoints! Our food was great and always cooked really well! Our waitress was Tai and she was great, especially since we were one of the last few customers that night. We definitely will be back!

It didn't smell right. The hostess couldn't say hello when I walked in, just, how many? I got up and left and went to the one by the mall.

This was the best seafood boil ive had! I love coming here, and our server Jamie was wonderful! Their kindness and patience is impressive and outstanding! Will be back!

We had the best service and food here, so much to choose from, we got like three different appetizers, had zero issues. If yall come here ask for Paige, best waitress i have had literally anywhere in jax lol.
