The Local has one of the best happy hour deals in the city. Half priced hot honey chicken, spinach artichoke dip, and zucchini fries (which taste like mozzarella cheese sticks btw) are all great. Outside of happy hour, I'm a big fan of their chicken philly and salmon quinoa bowl, and short rib hash for breakfast.
I had a server named Madelyn (sp?) who remembered my order down to the sauce after the second time waiting on me, which I really appreciated. Service was great.
The atmosphere is modern and nice but not snooty. They have live music sometimes, too. It's a great neighborhood spot
The restaurant's parking can fill up but you can park in the lot across the street.

It was our first time in today and this was an amazing experience. I have managed restaurants for a decade and this place, hands down, has the friendliest staff and THE best burger that I’ve EVER had. Portions are great, THE FOAVOR IS UNREAL AND UNMATCHED, y’all. I had to review this cool spot. We came during brunch!!! Great lunch spot. Will be coming back soon! Kid menu friendly.

The atmosphere is great and the zucchini fries for breakfast with the Local plate was the best breakfast we have ever had!!!! The servers are friendly and keep the water and coffee full. This is our new favorite breakfast place.

Brunch was an interesting choice for our large group gathering. The Goatacado was no where near what I was expecting. 1/3 of an avocado and sparse on the goat cheese. Would not recommend for $14. The, what appeared like, 10oz of arugula was nice but there was absolutely no balance to the meal. The waitress asked if I wanted protein but couldn't articulate the additional price of said protein items. Maybe it's better with protein?

This was my first time at this location as I was seeking a new spot to eat and get work done after my Thursday business classes. I was immediately greeted by the bartender, Mark, and he honestly secured your restaurant a loyal customer for as long as he is there. I often find pretentious, unfriendly, or unengaging bartenders in restaurants in the San Marco. However, Mark made me feel comfortable and welcome. Please do not take Mark's personality for granted, he will bring you business for as long as he is there. PS. Please keep him on Thursday Day shift! I will be back soon.

My wife and I Sat down for breakfast no one came to the table to greet us for at least 10 minutes before we where able to get a menu and waters. Then the server decided he was going outside for like another 10 minutes, so we left. Sad part is I could see the wait if it were busy, but it was only us and two other young ladies in the establishment.

They are great with accommodating large groups. I think their options are over priced for the service, we ordered coffees when arriving that came after our food. Great outside little area with that big gorgeous tree.
Amazing food! The pasta tasted absolutely delicious and would definitely it let have it again! The service was pretty good and the atmosphere isn’t bad at all. They do have live music certain days and overall the food was good! Must try

You don't want to be in a hurry if you are eating here. This is the 2nd time eating here and both visits the service was beyond slow. The food is fine but not worth the hype and certainly not worth waiting 45 minutes (they were not that busy).
