The Loop Restaurant

1st to-go instance: Med-Well burgers were rare; 2nd to-go instance, approx 1/2 dz fries were in each box. For $50 of hamburger orders placed in a single week, Loops at Racetrack/SR13 (32259) isn’t scoring points in January 2026.

I hated this I got 8 fries and nothing that I wanted on my burger this crazy and I will never eat here again ☹️

Great Mushroom Melt have been craving since we were last at The Loop when we were working in Orange Park 29 years ago.

We have always loved The Loop! I'm not sure if we had ever been to this one before and liked the different style it had. The portions seemed smaller than they were previously. My son ordered a shake separately from our original order. He waited a really long time, finally went up and asked about it and they had put it in the freezer instead of using his pager.

This place has gotten really lousy. Someone needs to tell the cooks pizza actually has sauce on it not just gobs of cheese. Cold cheese burger waiting on the CHEEZEY pizza was a real disappointment. Guess I'll skip San Marco Loop after being a customer for over 20 years.

Had a bad experience about a month ago (completely screwed up our takeout order, then didn’t seem concerned when I called to complain) and chalked it up as a hiccup, but tonight pushed us over the edge. Placed a to-go order on their app and waited almost an hour to get our food. What’s worse is our order sat on the counter for 15 minutes while they took order after order after order…at one point we counted over 20 open tickets and five takeout orders sitting while no one called orders out to the mob waiting for food. Finally had to ask (repeatedly) for them to give me my order; no apology, no concern shown, and the food was cold. Do better, Loop.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait, was more like 10 for an order for 5 people. Line got super long after that, was down within minutes. Good experience.
