Stacy was very rude. I won’t return since she said she was just trying to be “stern” because I wasn’t happy that my to go order wasn’t correct and was trying to OVERCHARGE me. Never again. I was in a hurry on my lunch break and when I get back to work to finally eat after all that drama found out the sandwich was inedible…doused in grease. It’s a grilled chicken sandwich.

We have been to this location plenty of times. Not sure of what happened to the quality. We called to order to go because Uber eats is just a joke. We ordered a bbq bacon cheddar burger rare with double meat and a side of fries. A mushroom Swiss burger medium rare with no bun and a side of crispy fries with 3 cups of ranch. And an order of warm blue cheese chips. They said fifteen minutes. So I drove up there after about ten minutes. Due to it being in San Marco you know parking is horrible. I walked in and stood in line to pay and after paying the person behind the counter said that it would be a few more minutes. I waited for a few minutes and then walked back up to see if it had come out but it wasn’t. I did this a couple more times to no avail. So then I decided to stand by the counter just waiting. Then after a few more minutes I asked again to a different person working and they found it sitting in a different area and it had been ready for over fifteen minutes. I’m just ready to get it and go by this time so I head home. Once home we get ready to eat only to find out fries are now onion rings. Burgers are both cooked beyond well done. No bbq in my bbq bacon cheddar burger. Not one drop of ranch after ordering three cups of ranch. So after seeing all this my wife called to let them know only to receive a sorry about your luck coffee cup attitude from the lady on the phone. I wish that google would allow a zero star rating for this one. Maybe management can figure out what went wrong. But forty bucks for two burgers and chips seems that the extra price would insure correct orders.Dietary restrictions: Not sure if you’ll get what you ordered so be careful.Parking: This is in San Marco so parking is a nightmare everyday of the week no matter what time.

It was very busy, the place was packed..But that should be expected for a friday evening.. Service was great! Cashier was very polite and helpful just amazing!..The pizza was so tasty..I could tell all the ingredients and toppings were very fresh?..The salmon sandwich with fries were banging as well...Only downside was the parking..Just parked inside the banks parking lot like everyone else....

Great Quality Food! Fresh, and tasty food in a casual friendly atmosphere. This place is packed! Every seat was filled and non stop customers were coming in for take out service which was like watching a well oiled machine. The staff has it down. We loved their pizza especially.

The new pagers killed the enjoyability of dining-in at the Loop. Changes have clearly been made to menu items and portion sizes. We left hungry and with a headache.

This is my Monday and Tuesday night go-to for dinner after work. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. It gets busy some nights but they do their best. Thanks guys. Always delicious!

The cashier was on the phone when we arrived taking a phone order. No one acknowledged us for several minutes until she got off the phone even though several people saw us standing there. Someone should have said “we will be right with you.”We ordered a pizza with pepperoni and green olives. We were told they didn’t have green olives even though the menu specifically said GREEN olives. The cashier said “I don’t know why it says that, we don’t have them”. The manager said they are Kalamata olives, it’s the same thing. It’s not the same thing, they were essentially black olives. We scraped them off and the pizza was fine.I also ordered an Asian chicken wrap with no dressing. It was served with dressing. Fortunately I’m not allergic to peanuts or this would be a very different review. It took a long time to get the original order or I would have taken it back.I tried to use the rewards for the first time but the cashier was going to have to ring it on a different register because not all registers can scan for the rewards. The receipt/app was not clear on how to earn them if it wasn’t scanned, so I didn’t earn the rewards. We have eaten here several times but I don’t think we will be back for a while. Very disappointed.

Waited for half an hour to get a chicken sandwich and tomato soup and asked for extra Asiago crackers for the soup and they only gave me one little cracker and asked for Bleu cheese on my sandwich and they didn't put any and put Asiago on the sandwich after working on cars all day I just wanted dinner because I didn't feel like cooking, I love this location I have been many times but this is just disappointing.

The atmosphere is very fun. I took a trip with parents to visit the Museum of Science and History downtown; this was a great spot for lunch that we stumped upon after! I had the asian chicken wrap and onion rings - very tasty and would definitely recommend. The wait for the food wasn’t too long despite how crowded The Loop was on a rainy day. The menu is great - salads, wraps, pizzas, sandwiches, and burgers. Parking in town can be challenging; I recommend driving off the main drag and snagging some available weekend parking for free.

It's been a Long time since I'd been here as I moved. It used to be Chicago style and was awesome. They have radically changed their style, but not their quality and service. Still a great pizza. Mine had pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and goat cheese. I don't eat a lot of salt, so maybe it was me. But the goat cheese seemed a little salty. They might have put feta l, which is a little more salty. That being said, it was still a great pizza. Awesome service as well. Very friendly and helpful.

Food is great, but the cashier barely spoke to us. Also, it took a while to get our food. Great location.
