The Loop Restaurant

Horrible service. Placed an Uber Eats order that never arrived. Was told by the Loop that they never received my order. Then when I asked to speak with a manager she claimed they did receive my food, prepared it and gave it to the Uber driver. But the Uber app never showed that the food was received by the driver. Horrible dishonest The Loop! Do not order for delivery if you want to eat.

Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the pizza due to delivery time it was too cold to enjoy.

Disappointing. Ordered online, come in and food was never made. “It never printed” fine. Had to sit there for an additional 20mins waiting for my food. Come to find out my food wasn’t even made correct. All I received was empty apologies. Same your time go anywhere else.

Twice now I have ordered take-out online, and twice I have had a bad experience. The first time, I showed up at the correct time only to wait about 20 minutes for my food. This last time I again showed up at the correct time (to the minute in fact), but my food was cold. There won't be a third time.

Service at counter was very nice. I ordered my burger medium, and I came out with black char on the outside and raw on the inside. Part of the outside looked like a charcoal brickette. They are trying to cook the too fast to move food out fast. Charred black outside and raw inside does not equal medium. Order a salad without burnt hamburger patty. Salad was very good.

I had tomato soup and a sandwich and it was really quite good. It was a bit on the pricey side but nothing too terrible and kind of to be expected from the local trendy type sandwich shop. The restaurant itself was clean and decorated with a really cool casual look. I liked that. As far as service. Well they just stand behind a counter like a McDonald's and hand a tray of food to you. So you actually do half the work yourself taking everything to your table and and taking it to the trash afterwards. You also get your own drinks. So there really isn't a lot of service like you would have at a full service restaurant. But overall it was cool. I will definitely give them some more business in the future and can't wait to try some other menu items.

Parking: We had to do several laps around the neighborhood till parking became available.

This has been one of the worst dining experiences at The Loop seems like it is going down in the quality of food. Today my Bleu Cheese Chips had hair in them, they replaced them with a cold order with very little Bleu Cheese Crumb. The Walnut Gorgonzola Salad required tomatoes add because there were no visible tomatoes. The strawberry shake was very little shake and mostly whip cream. Best to order the shake without the whipped cream. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

The temperature of the dining area was freezing. Several customers were going out to their cars in search for a jacket. We paid 50 dollars for a meal for two. I expect to be in a comfortable environment for the price it costs. We ended up changing our meal to go because it was too cold in the restaurant to eat. Another customer said to us she would guess it was about 50 degrees in there.

Amazing place, I get a lot of DoorDash here too and it’s always right and delicious. Very kind staff and great atmosphere

One of my all-time favorite restaurants in Jacksonville. I haven't been to the new location but I went to the other location on St. Johns boulevard from the day it opened probably once or twice or three times a year. Always great service. Always good food. One of the best restaurants for just the easy casual dinner family atmosphere you can bring kids. They have high chairs and you can get table seats or booths. I know the one on St. Johns avenue was nice because you can eat outside by the water so I'm not really s

Never eat here. Dry burgers, dry tasteless fries. The service was nice. But the food is bad.

Food, service, and atmosphere was 5 star, but the staff was in the kitchen cooking food with no hair nets or covering. Very unsanitary and I'm pretty sure against all regulations for restaurants. Also, on team member had long finger nails and spent more time on her phone than preparing food. That too is unsanitary.
