10-10-25: This Loop no where near San Marco location regarding food quality. Pepperoni pizza lackluster, disappointing!!!

Previous review over yr ago: Meat Market pizza taste different at this location...Not sure if its just me. San Marco is the BEST location

In what I'm sure was a high-stress, difficult situation when the restaurant's payment system failed, Brandon provided excellent customer service. In my frustration, I am sure I added to Brandon's stress (embarrassingly enough- sorry Brandon!) He still went above and beyond for me as a customer. On top of that, the food was amazing :) I will 100% be coming back to the Loop!

Just spent 50 minutes waiting for a burger and a wrap as the only table in the restaurant occupied. Order after order went out the door for take out and nothing. You should really tell your customers that it's a busy Friday night and 35 to go orders are ahead of you and it will be about X amount of time. Nothing. Finally had to go to the counter and cancel the order and go home hungry. Might want to address your customers that visit because of the location, the atmosphere or just do take out only. Not really fair to dine in customers not to be honest in the wait time. Mr. Won't be back.

I truly appreciate restaurants like this. My job keeps me on the road a majority of the time. And, depending on the hotel/AirBnB, cooking isn't always an option. So, I am often forced to eat out which gets tiresome. But, The Loop is not your typical place. In the past month, I have eaten here 4 times. 3 burgers and one pizza. Both chips and steak fries for the sides. The location is spotless. The staff are friendly and courteous. However, the most important thing is the food. When I eat here, I feel like I am eating something cooked at home. Not something out of a bag. The food and service here is quite exceptional. Thank you.
