I was just out for a drive with no destination in mind. I came around the corner, saw The Loop & deceided to stop in.

Great family enviornment. Staff was friendly & helpful. The lobby was clean, the tables were clean, the bathroom was clean. They take clenliness seriously here, the fountain drink area was also spotless.

I got the meat market pizza 8in, flavors were fantastic! I sat down & had a beer while I was waiting for my pizza. I'm sure i'll be back, but maybe one of the other locations closer to home.

1st to-go instance: Med-Well burgers were rare; 2nd to-go instance, approx 1/2 dz fries were in each box. For $50 of hamburger orders placed in a single week, Loops at Racetrack/SR13 (32259) isn’t scoring points in January 2026.

This one is a great location. The restaurant is maybe the nicest in Jacksonville. It looks modern, different to other locations in town that are showing their age. The food is spot on. In a nice day you can sit outside, which is a plus. Highly recommended...!

We waited close to an hour for our pizza. Had I not gone up to the counter and asked about it, I don’t think anyone would have seen our pizza sitting there waiting for someone to slice it and serve it. Our pizza was cold and I honestly won’t be back. Sad that you have to tip prior to getting your food. Can I have my tip back please?

The staff was friendly but it 20 minutes for me to get my order and the salmon was burnt and dry. Never got a burned sandwich from the Mandarin location, definitely won't order from this location again

The quality here is so inconsistent. When they get it right, it’s really good. When they get it wrong, like last night, it’s not so good. I ordered a burger well done ( the receipt even said that) to go. Got home and saw it was very pink throughout. My pinsa pizza was over cooked to the point of being too hard to eat the crust. I really wish they could be more consistent with the quality

Parking can be tough in this area however it is worth it. The food was ready quickly and was delicious. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. We were instructed to leave our dishes and they would clear them. A great experience for a quick meal.
