The loop is always wonderful. Try the loop burger, always excellent every time I like the loop pizza Deluxe try the lube Pizza Deluxe with mandarin oranges it's wonderful. People here are happy employees are great we love this place.

I stopped into The Loop Restaurant last night and ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger—and wow, it was easily the best burger I’ve had in years. The aged cheddar was sharp and perfectly melted, the applewood smoked bacon added that irresistible savory crunch, and the whole burger was cooked to perfection. Every bite was balanced, flavorful, and downright crave‑worthy.
I’m only in town for a couple of days, but I’m seriously considering making this a burger‑a‑day tradition while I’m here. If you’re looking for a burger that sets the bar high, The Loop delivers in every way.

DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Upon arriving at The Loop, the restaurant smelled as if something was burning (dirty oven?) it lingered throughout our meal, giving me a headache! The pizza was so disappointing, it’s presentation was not inviting and we really didn’t want to eat it! It looked as if a beginner cook was attempting to make a pizza! There wasn’t any sauce and the toppings were skimpy! I’ve been patronizing The Loop restaurants for over 30 years when Mike and Terri Snieder first opened in Jacksonville . Since Mike and Terri, sold out, The Loop has steadily declined! Even in 2025 people want a value for their hard earned money! Whatever happened to The Loop’s fabulous Chicago style pizza? You now have packets of Parmesan cheese available for the pizza, no longer the dispensers with fresh grated cheese! The last six times we have patronize this restaurant, each time has been a negative experience! WE ARE DONE, WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!:(

Food was Ok, burger was overcooked for a medium and basically fell apart, not the best. Onion Rings were delicious. Wife's salad was delicious according to her, she like the onion rings also. Can you really rate this place for service? The basically take you order and you pick it up/so serving yourself with everything, except picking up your plate. What We ate.
You guys really need to wipe out the pizza pans before putting another pizza in them. Every time I get a pizza here, there is tons of burnt crap on the bottom of the pizza. That doesn't taste good. Otherwise it's a very good pizza.

I ordered the mushroom swiss burger that was good , but where it all went wrong was with my wife's food she got the bbq burger without tomato, the bacon was burnt and they forgot the onions so we asked for them and they literally gave us a sous of cold sautéed onions..... they didn't even put them on the flat top! I should have taken pictures but was pissed so yeah I'd go back for lunch when there is actually management there or something!
