Disappointing. Ordered online, come in and food was never made. “It never printed” fine. Had to sit there for an additional 20mins waiting for my food. Come to find out my food wasn’t even made correct. All I received was empty apologies. Same your time go anywhere else.

Long time lover of this place, but this was a bad customer service experience and I feel like some things need to change. My friend ordered a specific can of beer and was given a different beer. When asked why he didn't get the one he requested, he was told that they were out of that kind. That should be been mentioned up front. Our cashier in general seemed very uncomfortable, avoided eye contact and had long, dirty nails. It was a bad look. Beer also came with dirty, cold glass.

Our food was ready but the beepers were not rung, so we just took it. The beeper system in general needs to go. Post pandemic, no place should continue with this system where all kinds of people are encouraged to touch things.

Lastly, many of the ceiling tiles in the back ? f the restaurant are gross. Many are stained or bloated, clearly affected by rain leaks.

Food was very good, though! But the rest of the experience was such a turn off, I have to say something.

It was my first time eating at The Loop. I opted for the Feta Mediterranean salad, and it was awesome! My friend went with the crunchy broccoli salad with grilled chicken .. his go-to salad. Sorry, no food pics, but I understand that this is the place where you can't go wring with anything on the menu.

The service was good. I ordered and I got the food however the dressing wasn't correct. They mixed it up with my friends order. I'm not allergic to anything, so it wasn't horrible. The only thing I would do differently is when you pick up your food is have them confirm it before taking it to your table. Especially if you have allergies. Other than that, it was pretty good. I will return here another time! Oh, by the way, I had ordered a salad including adding chicken, drink, and tip. I spent a total of $25.

I suggest not having the white guy with the brown beard and mustache as your server. He is really rude and gives you a lot of attitude. When I walked out of the restaurant, he laughed at a young girl getting in her car with his coworkers, remarking about how it’s old and chortling “really? A Toyota?” How lowlife and sad do you have to be as a middle age man to pick on a young girl? Especially when she is simply just getting in her car? As a customer, I highly suggest picking another server because his attitude and his egotistic personality is not it. By the way, if the restaurant managers are seeing this, he worked a night shift on Friday when I heard his comment. I really hope you talk to him about how he has been treating other customers and how he should change his attitude in general.

They Messed up a pizza. On the day of They Offered to refund or just comp my next pizza I ordered and we use them about once a month or so, so I agreed to just getting the pizza and thought ok well at least it was great customer service. Called three weeks later (today) to place an order and she tells me they can’t go back that far and she can’t do anything to help me. That “usually people use it within a few days” which obviously if it had a time limit it should have been disclosed or I would have just opted for the refund. Poor service.

I have always Loved the Loop Restaurant! But now it seems they are being cheap by making the burgers smaller and giving less fries! I wasn't very happy about this! I ordered it medium well and it was chared with that burnt flavor. Did not enjoy this location.
