Walked in employees acting like it’s a playground in the back of the kitchen ordered received food had to wait 5 minutes at counter after food was ready waiting for a employee to stop acting like fools one finally comes out talking on a cellphone ignoring customers food got cold waiting for them to come out of the back to hand me a milkshake that was already made in the fridge, burger was burnt and so was the bacon on the side I guess that’s gonna happen when employees are playing around in the kitchen milkshake was made thin as soup this place has went downhill used to be really good not anymore, you can to come to expect bad service at McDonald’s or Burger King but not when you’re spending 50 bucks on dinner

1st to-go instance: Med-Well burgers were rare; 2nd to-go instance, approx 1/2 dz fries were in each box. For $50 of hamburger orders placed in a single week, Loops at Racetrack/SR13 (32259) isn’t scoring points in January 2026.

We have wanted to try this place for some time. It was really amazing. The shakes are hand made and they give you the extra thats left in the metal mixing container. Delicious big time. The food was excellent and well repaired. The employees were very courteous and the place was very clean.
Will definitely go back.

Love this place!

Kay was amazing . Very friendly and patient with the many questions I was asking . The entire staff here really makes this my favorite location in Jax (I used to work for The Loop from 2017-2018) I hope their team stays at this location

Was feeling under the weather this evening and all I wanted was the loop. I called and placed a to go order with Amber. She was so kind when taking my order, especially since I had called pretty close to closing time. She was so patient and understanding over the phone. Got a tomato bisque soup and Mediterranean salad. It was the only food could think of to help me feel better. They do curbside pick up, and Amber brought out the food with a warm smile. She truly made my day. The food was fantastic as always! I love the Loop on Southside! Thank you Amber!
