We have wanted to try this place for some time. It was really amazing. The shakes are hand made and they give you the extra thats left in the metal mixing container. Delicious big time. The food was excellent and well repaired. The employees were very courteous and the place was very clean.
Will definitely go back.

Kay was amazing . Very friendly and patient with the many questions I was asking . The entire staff here really makes this my favorite location in Jax (I used to work for The Loop from 2017-2018) I hope their team stays at this location

Was feeling under the weather this evening and all I wanted was the loop. I called and placed a to go order with Amber. She was so kind when taking my order, especially since I had called pretty close to closing time. She was so patient and understanding over the phone. Got a tomato bisque soup and Mediterranean salad. It was the only food could think of to help me feel better. They do curbside pick up, and Amber brought out the food with a warm smile.
