Love The Loop but boy was it HOT in here today in the dining room. I even asked if they could lower the temp but was told the staff couldn’t adjust the thermostat. We looked at the Honeywell box on the wall by the soda machine and it was 80!

Great little Loop hiding in Julington Creek. Management is friendly and the staff have all been very kind and helpful. Ordered a Cauliflower Meat Lovers for lunch and it is definitely worth it. So good. Thank yall.Dietary restrictions: Keto
Ordered the portobello melt. It was on a stale bun, and the mushroom was tiny. The fries were cold and the replacement fries were slightly warm. Wont be coming back. .

Always a great hot and fresh pizza. I got the Meat Market pizza and it was delicious. We’ve been here over a dozen times and have never had a bad meal. They are always consistent and very friendly. Definitely recommend this location.

We went for an early weekday lunch. We both got burger platters with a soft drink. The drink station was clean and the napkin cutlery section orderly. We were actually the first dining room party. The dining room was clean and orderly. We thought that the food took longer than it should’ve since the place had yet to get busy. The silverware was filmy meaning the dishwasher water wasn’t hot enough. Also, they have pretty flimsy napkins. The burgers were good and have that familiar Loop seasoning. The bacon on the one burger was very good but they skimped on the cheese. The steak fries were crispy, which is good because sometimes steak fries can be pale and mushy. The side of onion rings were also good and crispy. Overall we had a good lunch. There were a few minor shortcomings like the cloudy cutlery and lame napkins, but all in all The Loop is a reliable local favorite.

I asked for no mayo/tomato/onion on my burger but they did not bother to remove it. The burger was very fatty and did not taste good. I also asked for medium but it was cooked medium rare and very pink. Not sure if the cook today is new, but I suggest going to the Loop north, on San Jose.

Just ordered today 12/17 and all I can say is disgusting. Undercooked our pizza and then burnt my chicken sandwich. For $100 it should have been way better. Never
