I had mentioned we had an anniversary when making my reservations on OpenTable. Not only were we seated in lovers lane, but had champagne brought to our table. Our waitstaff Jacob was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This is the type of service others should emulate. Thank you for making another memorable anniversary for us.

Not good . General ambience was nice, but cooking all our raw food in same oil pot made me somewhat nauseated . Bunch of sauces not even explained just thrown in the table , QR code scanned for cook times , they were all the same leaving my steak charred . It was our anniversary , so they did have roses on our table when we arrived , which I thought was a nice touch, till they charged us 22.00 for them on our bill without even asking . And overall wayyyy too overpriced . I will never return to this restaurant and do not recommend it whatsoever

Chris Manager was awesome! Christian. Chris Jose and his trainee were wonderful - Jacob. Was great learning his new duties- polite. Welcoming and great drinks. 2nd time in 3 months.. always great!! Kudos to the great service during a busy night!

While normally we love melting pot, we left disappointed this time around. Our waitress was friendly until we decided we did not want the full 4 course meal and then we felt very rushed. The cheese used to offer a variety of bread options and we just had a white French and maybe two slices of a pretzel bread. The veggies were two pieces and broccoli, two carrots and some apples and grapes. The manager did come by and he was pleasant I just feel the value was not there.

It was so cold we froze to death the whole time. We had reservations for 7:30 and weren't sat until 8:00. The chocolate was diluted with something. Wasn't the normal chocolate. Very thin to where it ran right off . Very disappointing!!!! Our waitress was great, that's all

Our server, Jacob, made our experience there great! He was super attentive and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. There was never a time we were waiting for the next course or drink for longer than 3 mins! He was amazing thank you for making our New Years meal amazing Jacob!
We had reservations early, 6:45. We got there a bit too early and were directed to the bar, where we sat for 10 minutes before we were ever acknowledged. We were the only ones there. We finally told the hostess that if we could not even get a drink, and our table still was not ready, we would just leave. She at that point called for a manager (Chris) who was very nice and apologetic. He spoke to the bar tender and we finally got service. When he left, the bartender turned to us and said,”I should just quit tonight-I'm too old for this.” At this point we were seated at our table-again we sat and waited. Finally a server came and stated that there had been a “miscommunication “ and someone would be right with us. We finally were served and the meal was fabulous-except they forgot our shrimp and lobster which we had to request. The food, sauces and fondue were on point and Chris came by several times to check on us. We appreciated Chris and his willingness to make things right for us As this was a $200 meal, I doubt we'll return anytime soon due to the service issues.

Had a great birthday dinner for 2, the Bug Night Out. First time at this location. The young female hostess was so sweet & attentive. I don't recall her name. Sarah, our Server, was lovely & made our experience wonderful. Nice atmosphere. We'll be back.

3 adults with an entree and cheese for 2 with 2 beers was $169, which seemed expensive. Also very warm. Could have used the air conditioner

It's always amazing at the Melting Pot. Food is amazing. I love how management is very involved in service and keep touching the table. Our server was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. This is always our date night/ anniversary spot.

Best Melting Pot experience we've had on a long time! We're from out of town, so this was our first to this location. From the moment we entered, were treated like royalty - just felt so special. Dinner was delicious, service was amazing and an all around outstanding experience.
