Nicholas was our server and I would ask for him every time. The managers were very attentive to our table as well. We never wanted for more drinks and everything was replenished in a timely manner. I will definitely go back !

I've been dining at Melting Pot restaurants in different cities for 20+ years. The food has always been great and the service always top-notch. Jacksonville Melting Pot is exactly what I've come to expect. Great ambience. Great food. And exceptional service!

Spent $300 for three people on the four course menu. I think that is too much. The food was delicious, the service was good. Overall, it is an enjoyable thing to do but too expensive to do more frequently.

We stopped in as a celebration at the end of our long road trip. Instead of getting the full fondue meal we opted for cheese, salad, chocolate. That was the perfect amount for us. We got the Wisconsin cheddar cheese fondue as the first course and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend ordering it with the extra garlic in it! My daughter and I both ordered the house salad with ranch they were salads. Nothing overly exciting about them but they were tasty. For dessert we got the chocolate turtle fondue and although it tasted very good we probably wouldn't order it again because it's much runnier than the other chocolate fondues. Our server was very pleasant and competent and she made us feel very welcome. Overhaul we had a great visit and will definitely stop back in sometime soon.

Nick was our waiter and did an amazing job for my husband birthday celebration. Nick work nonstop for our party of nine. We dined in the private room which was beautiful by the way. All the different bottles on the wall really set the scene. I would definitely recommend the melting pot to create memories. The food that we cooked in the pots was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this Very clean and comfortable restaurant.

The reason why I am leaving 2 stars is because of the manager Nicole.. honestly she is the most detestable human being I’ve ever had the displeasure to meet. How dare she speak to the workers the way she does! Who wants to work there let alone dine there overhearing her mess.

So the food was good and our server was good but I felt like the atmosphere needed a bit of work. We went for our anniversary on a Thursday evening, and even though they advertise the date night thing with flower petals and candles. They didn't have that at the table. The menu was a bit grimy, and the restaurant atmosphere just kinda felt eh.

This place was awesome. I took my girlfriend for her birthday, the customer service from our waiter Frederick was off the charts. Super nice guy he took the time during his shift to make my girlfriend feel special for her birthday so thank you ! Also mangers walking around were super friendly and very professional. The place is spotless clean and very nice. Will be returning to this location. Would highly recommend it for a date night (:
