Galaxy Burgers Bar & Grill

Stopped here because the name was cute. Didn’t know it was Venezuelan cuisine. I ordered a simple burger, meat cheese, ketchup and mustard with a side of fries. And the burger is AMAZING! Flavorful, cooked all the way and still juicy. The fries were great too, crunchy but not over cooked. I will be back to try more things!

This was our 3rd time coming to Galaxy Burger. This time we came in with a group of 16 two of them being babies. The bad:
a) they only had 1 high hair so one of the babies had to sit in the parents lap the whole time
b) they didn't have any coladas
c) they do not have window coverings for when the sun comes inside and hits customers in the face
The good:
Great food, although the prices are a bit high, the portions are HUGE.
The server was pleasant and the atmosphere was great.

My first Arepa. Venezuelan Arepa at that. They have this drink that is similar to horchata that I was told is closer to a Hatian drink. They have a pool table and a Mortal Kombat game. I ate here on Christmas 2025 and they were very pleasant.

I really enjoyed the cachapas with steak at the restaurant, I went to the food truck to order again and the quality was not the same- I believe it was microwaved, very oily. I'd rather just get it from the restaurant fresh. Ordered fries and it was missing some of the toppings.

Cool place to come, I thought it would be more space themed, but it's not and that's okay.

We had the regular burger with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, potato chips, and sauce. The sauce was smoky and made the burger delicious! All the ingredients were fresh, and the burger was made after we ordered. Definitely will be back to try other items.

I love coming here! They have a free pool table and air hockey while you wait for the most delicious food ever! Never had a bad meal.

I ordered patacones without cheese to go because I'm allergic to cheese, and when I got home, I realized my patacón was covered in cheese, even though they confirmed my order twice. I spent about $20 on a patacón I couldn't even touch, and when I called to ask for a solution, they told me the only option was to go back to the restaurant to get a new one. I couldn't do that because it's more than a 35-minute drive, and there was no way I could go back. In the end, they didn't offer me any solution. I definitely won't be going back to that place because it's not cheap, it's not close to my house, and they don't care about their customers.

It is a great place and Gina was very helpful and courteous with me. Excellent place and I caned back because Gina was very good with me . Many blessings to the place……

Got the pacanha burger and pabellon arepa, as well as the carne mechada and pabellon empanadas! Everything was delicious and came out quick! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back. Also, Gina was great! 10/10

Great little authentic Venezuelan cuisine in Jacksonville with a splash of menu items for everyone.
Game tables for the young-in's so you can finish your meal in peace. Empanadas are fantastic!
