Last 3 times I went to The Pig, I ordered fried oysters. I was so disappointed the first time but felt it was a fluke because I LOVE their oysters. 2nd time not good at all. This last time I decided I'll stop ordering oysters from there and just get bbq chic or pork next time. Im so sorry about that. I don't like driving all the way to Callahan to get good fried oysters. I'll still go there...I just won't get the oysters anymore.
