It would be easier to say what I would recommend than what I would not recommend.
What would I recommend? 0 …nothing…nada! What little service I got was.. well frankly…rude. Never got into the restaurant, so I can’t recommend the food. When asked if they had a menu I could look at, they pointed to 1 screen at the doorway and told me to aim my phone camera at it and it would bring it up. I’m there for dinner. WHY would I bring my phone? Also, I wanted to see a menu to see the price list. At first they told me that they don’t take cash. Then it was that they will take cash but they don’t give back change. And they were looking at me as if I was the one that was backwards. Then proceed to tell me after asking for a real menu…that’s technology.
No…that’s ridiculous. I don’t know who thought up that business plan but you won’t be able to retire on that one because that will be putting you out of business.
Took my business and my money down the street 1/2 mile down the road to Applebys where they were more than happy to welcome me to their establishment, seat me, and give me a menu that I could read! The steak was perfect, the waitress was friendly, the dessert was beyond compare and said thank you and please come back again…. Which I will happily do!

Staying next door at the Wyndham, we went to The Red Gill Bistro for dinner. It was delicious! My husband ordered the brisket dinner with collard greens and cole slaw. I ordered the fried fish dinner with collard greens and Mac and cheese. They were both excellent! The small staff were welcoming and friendly. A unique place. Would definitely recommend.

Google says they're open on Mondays. Went there around 6:30pm and it was closed. Bummer!

Food was good and service was awesome; however, the music was super loud and made it hard to hear across our own table. Then a table of over served and very loudly drunk ladies kept screaming and laughing making it hard to hear. I also wish they served the Tiki menu outside as the spam fried rice is the best.

Nice and accommodating staff but they have some of the worst food I’ve ever had! The greens tasted like a whole bottle of vinegar, it was disgusting. The Mac & Cheese were even worse and the ribs were tough and flavorless.

I ordered a drink and didn’t like it, asked for another one (willing to pay btw) but the owner had a bad attitude and came and complained about me being rude bc I gave feedback about the drink.

Disappointed‼️ Although, I had a lovely stay at the Wyndham, I wake up this morning deciding I want to try The Red Gill, from what I saw online the food looks amazing. I ordered the shrimp and Grits. Thats literally what I received Shrimp and Grits. No sauce, no season, just plain shrimp and UNDERCOOKED grits. GRITS FELT LIKE I WAS EATING SAND Maybe this was an honest mistake which I could understand but nonetheless I’m disappointed!
