Staying next door at the Wyndham, we went to The Red Gill Bistro for dinner. It was delicious! My husband ordered the brisket dinner with collard greens and cole slaw. I ordered the fried fish dinner with collard greens and Mac and cheese. They were both excellent! The small staff were welcoming and friendly. A unique place. Would definitely recommend.
Food was good and service was awesome; however, the music was super loud and made it hard to hear across our own table. Then a table of over served and very loudly drunk ladies kept screaming and laughing making it hard to hear. I also wish they served the Tiki menu outside as the spam fried rice is the best.
I had the ribs, brisket sandwich, and burnt ends sandwich. All were overhauled. The mac and cheese was good, the BBQ beans tasted like bushes beans that were doctored up. You have to order online or at the kiosk inside but the Google listing doesn't mention that.
