If you want a breakfast that fills you up you need to stop in here for a breakfast pita! OMG so BIG! it might be outdated but who cares. Its a family run place with GREAT sandwiches!

Always have been one of my favorite spots in Jax, food has always been good. Love the remodel they are doing

20 minutes left on the clock, and an experience of the sheik first timer, me and my significant other went in today, I didn't know what I wanted so the amazing Paul asked if I wanted a burger, sandwich I didn't know what so I guessed to try a steak in a pocket. We get a seat and he comes by and I asked if they have ranch. His reaction was priceless, ranch does indeed go on steak. He was great! He needs a raise we shall be back.

Hamburger had no taste! Mostly bread- meat was not desirable. Don’t waste your money here at Callahan store.

Terrible, ordered the breakfast pita with cheese and no mayo, they gave me a pita with steak and onions. We took it back and they said they don’t do breakfast items for lunch, which is weird because if they don’t then why did the lady not mention that? Instead she put in an imaginary order I never placed to begin with. Then she said “we have a no refund policy.” From the second I walked in thr place was sketchy looking, the seating looked like I walked into the dmv and it was kinda dead. The employees all seemed pissed off.. the day barely started so why’re you guys so upset you have to work at the place you applied to?? Terrible experience, didn’t try the food but it looked pretty dry so yeah.

Disappointed with the Experience
Normally, I don’t leave reviews, but this visit left me frustrated. I ordered a bacon breakfast with sausage and cheese on the eggs. When I got home, I realized there was no cheese in the eggs, so I had to go back. Instead of remaking the meal, they microwaved a slice of cheese on the eggs—with the jelly packets still in the container!

To make matters worse, the woman at the counter reached into my container with her bare hands, which was shocking from a food safety perspective. The owner stood there giving me a very displeased look instead of addressing the issue. The service was horrible, and the meal was subpar. I won’t be returning. Value the customer that is paying their hard earned money for a decent meal not slop.

They closed the lobby the lady was very rude. My truck wouldn't fit through the drive through. Never coming here again

I called and ask for a side of extra seasoning for my fries and the so call assistant manager said they are not allowed to give that when I get it every time if I had to pay for it I would have but I don’t think any place I ask for extra seasoning or whatever have never said no we can’t give u that so I was
Mad about that

Ordered double burger meal and it did not disappoint. Don’t waste your money at McDonald’s or any of those other large corp restaurants! Only gave a 3 for atmosphere cause it’s more of a grab and go location

They are so amazing here!!
I’ve been a customer here for years and never had a single disappointment in my meals.
They have always treated me with respect and always have the best customer service. Their employees are so respectful and very hardworking people.
I enjoy the meals here every single visit and will 10/10 recommend everyone to check them out if you’re in Jacksonville, Florida.
They have so much good quality food compared to the fast food chains in the surrounding area.
They are so kind up there and I always feel like they strive to make sure their customers are satisfied.
