My husband took me here for our New Year's Eve dinner as a surprise, and it was an excellent evening from start to finish! The food & service were incredible. Beautiful wine cellar. Elegant & classy atmosphere, ideal for fine dining. Great champagne! So glad he picked this place for our NYE. We will definitely be back!

Was an absolute wonderful experience!! Went for my mother's birthday and she had an amazing time. The food is amazing and the server was very attentive. I would definitely go back again

We typically dine with Capital Grille, Ruth's Chris, Donovans etc.. but had heard good things about The Tree. What we heard held primarily true... fantastic apps, salads, entrees and sides. Steaks were like butter and the sauces were outstanding! Personally, we were let down by our dessert choices... but... it won't preclude a return visit.

Always fantastic. Wednesday is the best. Happy Hour all night. John at the bar is top notch! Always there when I'm in town.

We originally went somewhere else to celebrate my son's 34th birthday but after an hour and a half and no entrees we decided to go somewhere else. We called the tree and even though they were getting ready to close in 40 minutes they told us they would accommodate our party of 18 people. We drove there and we are so glad. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. They saved the night and my son ended up having a wonderful evening. I will never forget what they did for us. Thank you to our server Faith and the GM Nick.

Phenomenal service and phenomenal food

The steaks were delicious! Drinks were great service was great, and after dinner we went to the bar where John took good care of us and made some fantastic cocktails. Great place for special occasions, and their weekly happy hour menu makes any night an option for a night out.

Great atmosphere. Ashley was a wonderful server. Host was great and chef cooked the best steaks. Prices were great too. Will be back. My husband and I arrived earlier than the scheduled dinner time but we appreciate the hospitality.

Celebrated our 18th anniversary here tonight. Ashley was an incredible server and made our experience amazing. The Ribeye steak and Steak trio were both phenomenal. Even the Brussels sprouts were decadent and delicious. I couldn't think of any meal that we enjoyed more. We are grateful to Ashley and the entire Staff for making our night so special and memorable. The Tree will be our go to destination for special occasions in the future.

We went for Mother's Day and it was fantastic. We ordered 4 steaks, a prime rib, a bottle of red wine (J.Lohr), 2 mango cocktails, and a variety of veggies as sides. Everything was cooked perfecty. We had eaten at Ruth Chris' the weekend before the steaks here are better. Our service was excellent - thank you Taylor! We will be back.

So the tree steakhouse has a great history maybe you should read it in their website. Great place in mandarin for wonderful steak, atmosphere, and drinks. The staff if very polite and friendly, their food always taste good, and the drinks are perfect. I always recommend it to friends and family and they all have told me great things, so I know it's not just me. Can they get something wrong once in a while, yes, but they never hesitate to correct it on the spot. Overall a great place for special events or just regular dinner on a week day.

The TREE STEAKHOUSE is now a new icon. Different but even better than before. We went for years and loved Paul and Scott. It was great to grab a nightcap after a movie on the times we didn't want to do a full steak dinner. Apps and drinks in the lounge were always great. NOW, it's a new place with new owners but STILL a special place ~ Updated, Renovated and Delicious. We've been multiple times and whether it's a long meal or just snacks and cocktails ~ It's always enjoyable. THEY ARE SO ACCOMMODATING. From servers to bartenders to the operating partner. They're the best. ASK FOR ALEX ~ She is the most pleasant, efficient, friendly and attentive server you'll ever have. She should be the trainer for all servers in the universe !!! Not fake and not phony, always keeps the glass full but doesn't interfere with the meal or conversation. Could not ask for better than her. We've also visited during holiday buffets ~ Christmas and Easter. Delightful Food and they didn't run out. Great price too. Couldn't believe it ! AWESOME. Highly recommended. So thrilled that they have breathed new life into a Jacksonville Landmark dining spot. Love it.

Absolutely fantastic service from John at the bar. Sides were amazing as promised. All three steaks we ordered were cooked exactly like we ordered and were beautifully presented. My new favorite Jacksonville steakhouse. You won't be disappointed.
