We were on our way to Savannah and needed a quick bite for the road—so glad we found The Walrus! Super friendly staff and the food was on point. We left with a bunch of hot dogs, sandwiches, insanely good smoothie-style shakes, and even got a free merch on top. Perfect road trip fuel!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now, and it’s always the greatest feeling when I I’ve made it to walrus by the end of the week:) Staff and customers are so friendly. This is just an amazing environment not to mention I love the variety of vegetarian and vegan food. Truly one of Jacksonville hidden💎s!!!❤️

I've never had a bad time here. Every event has been a blast as the food always HITS! I recommend Orange Skies or Blue Monday as a drink and a Thot Dog, all are good. Also the boiled peanuts slap ♡
Delicious and FILLING smoothies, free classic video games (do NOT put your quarters in like I did ;)), fair prices, limited gluten free options. I got some sides, put them together, and was charged for a sandwich, so I’m happy with that. Nice server and happy to support them😄

The food here is normally really good. I did get the meatball sub as well and it was really good but how are you going to charge $16 for a sandwich and put one piece of mock meat on it… definitely not what the order picture looks like.
