Even though they have the best milkshakes, the young lady that represents this company as the general manager will be the one to runoff all of the business. Her attitude is horrible. She is very rude very lazy and very disrespectful. When I asked if she represented this company, she said she represents nobody but herself that is definitely somebody. I would love to run my business, especially if I want it ran into the ground.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Horrible Service – Don’t Waste Your Time!
I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. I walked into this so-called milkshake bar, stood at the counter, and waited for TWENTY MINUTES while the staff completely ignored me. I was literally standing there, asking for ice cream, and they didn’t even acknowledge my existence! No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you” – just pure neglect.
When I finally managed to place an order, I thought the worst was over. Wrong. I had to wait ANOTHER twenty minutes just for them to scoop some ice cream. How does it take that long to serve something that’s already made? It’s not like they were making it fresh – it was just sitting in the freezer! The staff moved like they were in slow motion, and it was obvious they didn’t care about their customers at all.
By the time I finally got my ice cream, I wasn’t even excited to eat it anymore. And guess what? It wasn’t even that good! The experience was beyond frustrating, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that actually wants your business. Avoid this place at all costs.
The ice cream serving service takes more than 20 minutes and they have staff. They notify you that you have to wait after you pay for the ice creams
Just popped in and a young girl working went above and beyond and then a very kind gesture from whom I believe was the owner…on top of fantastic ice cream and spectacular salted caramel cookie dough! We can’t go thru jax w/o jumping off the highway for this place!
Presentation is 💯 but the icecream is just standard Bluebell, which isn't bad but isn't that special. Great to impress a date not for the icecream connoisseur (but solid hit for a Texan far from home)
Absolutely amazing experience! My brother and I came in today and they knocked it out of the park. The owners and staff offered top notch hospitality and made the experience a real 10/10 the specialty milkshake that come in the mason jars were simply out of this world good. I would highly recommend anyone in search of a real treat come check this place out. The presentation was on point looked just like the photo on the menu. Great job guys thanks for providing that level of service.
DELECTABLE ice cream with delicious toppings and incredible personable service. They didn’t rush us at all and let us try so many flavors before picking our oatmeal cookie specialty milkshake. We love the mason jar glass that it came in. Such a fun spot! The owner James came and talked to us and was so kind! 10/10 recommend for a date night or special treat.

They charge $4 to use a card to pay…
so just to get one of the shakes
you pay almost $20.
My shake was supposed to be smores , and it tastes like the cotton candy one. Every customer should be told of all the fee’s included on top of the base price. I should’ve went to mcdonald’s.

The Yard Milkshake Bar at the St. John's Town Center was an incredible experience! The owners have done a great job creating a perfect environment whether you are there for a date, with the family, or a gathering with friends. All the staff were wonderful! Very helpful, kind, & caring to each costumer. The menu is out of this world with many delightful and creative options. The milkshakes & sundaes were delicious.... and looked like something out of a food magazine. The attention to detail was remarkable. We will definitely be coming back!

The Yard Milkshake Bar offers an indulgent treat that's hard to beat! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, with rich, creamy flavors that make each bite a delight. However, be warned—the bowls are incredibly filling! They're piled high with toppings and the portions are generous, so it's definitely a dessert for those with a big appetite.
What really made our experience stand out, though, was the friendly service. The man working the counter was so welcoming, making us feel right at home and enhancing the overall experience. His warm attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
If you're in the mood for a sweet, decadent treat, The Yard Milkshake Bar is a must-visit, just make sure you're hungry enough to enjoy it all!

This is our third time here & it’s been fantastic every time! So many options to choose from & everything is totally customizable. The Mason jar is a lot of ice cream, so if you order it, be ready to commit & come in with an appetite! Friendly staff & welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back many more trips to come!

We decided to come here after seeing the incredible pictures under their reviews and on their website. Also, as a vegan and being unable to consume dairy products, we were so happy to see that their menu was labeled as vegan friendly, and they had options!
As we opened the door, we were so happy to see a sign telling customers to make their team aware of any allergies. This made us feel very comfortable that the staff was aware of allergens and ingredients, just adding to our excitement!
When we got to the register to place our order, it was obvious that the staff was not aware of allergens and vegan options, despite their menu having "v" labeled on things. They were asking ME if an item was vegan. I just ended up omitting items that came with the Milk and Cookies specialty ice cream just to be safe. FYI, lactose-free whipped cream is not vegan because it's still animal-derived.
It was not a good product. They use low-quality ingredients to make it look Instagramable. The whole concept of the store is to share pictures of their item. They promote a high-quality product, but it's really not. They used Betty Crocker chocolate icing to stick the Cookie Crisp cereal to the jar. The ice cream was bland. You tell yourself that you like the product to combat buyers' remorse and justify paying $18 for an item. I got a Mason jar out of this experience.
