Great location, close to the river. The almond milk Horchata was delicious. Chimichanga serving size was huge, lots of cheese as well. Outdoor patio seating is so nice

I think i caught them on a low staff busy day. we ordered a burrito and a chicken chimichunga but they came out somewhat cold and the cheese to make it wet was not wet but more hardened. Not to mention it took about 30 minutes for the basics. I have had Flats so many other times that I am not going to blast this location for its staff which was great but instead blame management and ownership for not being prepared and leaving those who were working in terrible conditions.

Came in with my family and got my signature blackened chicken bowl! It was 10/10! This location makes the bowls the best but above all Sally always makes the visit so much better. I Believe she is a manager and I know why because she is phenomenal. She was the only one working upfront today and even with very little staff we lacked nothing. She came over several times to check on our drinks and see how we liked the food. She is amazing at taking orders quickly and checking on all customers she needs to be promoted further!! Thanks for great service!
We love this location my mom and I come for taco Tuesday and its always great! Sally greets us with smile and a positive attitude without fail. We enjoy stopping in for delicious food and amazing service!

I’ve being going to TFlats for years and my son even worked there for a couple of years as a trainer. What a disappointment it was last night, we walked in around 8:30 and the place was emptied no one at the register we looked at the menu and finally a male walked by and said someone would be with us shortly. After a short wait they took our order and we sat in the patio area. With an empty restaurant would think the food would be ready in a short time.we waited for 15 mins before our dinner came. That was the last time Amy employee came to our table. For $33 it was disappointing would have rather of gone to Taco Bell. The chips were soggy and no seasoning by bowl had about 15 beans and onions.
Now I understand why an amazing Texmex that’s been around for 30 years is closing. That was our last visit!
