I think i caught them on a low staff busy day. we ordered a burrito and a chicken chimichunga but they came out somewhat cold and the cheese to make it wet was not wet but more hardened. Not to mention it took about 30 minutes for the basics. I have had Flats so many other times that I am not going to blast this location for its staff which was great but instead blame management and ownership for not being prepared and leaving those who were working in terrible conditions.

Came in with my family and got my signature blackened chicken bowl! It was 10/10! This location makes the bowls the best but above all Sally always makes the visit so much better. I Believe she is a manager and I know why because she is phenomenal. She was the only one working upfront today and even with very little staff we lacked nothing. She came over several times to check on our drinks and see how we liked the food. She is amazing at taking orders quickly and checking on...

We love this location my mom and I come for taco Tuesday and its always great! Sally greets us with smile and a positive attitude without fail. We enjoy stopping in for delicious food and amazing service!
