Best lunch ever!!! Lacey made our day. She's bright and cheery and made our daughter's birthday very special. The fluatas were awesome but the churro bites sealed the deal. Sooooo yummy! Thanks, Lacey, for you friendliness and GREAT service.

Visited during lunch today with hopes of a quick burrito. I was surprised to see only three employees during such a busy hour, which led to a 15-minute wait just to order. When I finally got to the counter, I was informed of an additional 30-minute wait for my meal. Given that it was my lunch break, I had no choice but to leave without ordering. While the food quality is typically good, today's service was disappointing. It's essential to have adequate staffing during peak hours to ensure timely service.

Ordered online. Supposed to be ready by 12:41. It wasn’t. Didn’t get my food until 12:59. It’s annoying to receive a time your food is supposed to be ready, and you have to sit and wait while watching other people receive their food…

Overall I enjoyed my experience. This was my first time eating at Tijuana Flats. I was craving nachos and quesadillas. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I like that it came with chips. I was confused as to why salsa didn't come with chips though. However a small scoop of pico came on the side with sour cream and guacamole too. I still ordered salsa since I didn't think the 3 small scoops of the aforementioned toppings would be enough for my quesadilla and my nachos. The quesadilla was basic. I wasn't that impressed with it. I wish the nachos had been hot.I ordered chicken nuggets for my child which he enjoyed. I was confused on why they didn't have BBQ sauce to dip the nuggets in, yet they had a dozen hot sauces it seemed. Anyways, my experience wasn't bad, it was just that my food was subpar.

Good was Luke warm. The nacho chips were cold I asked for fresh ones and the young lady told me the warmer was not working she apologized but why are you not letting people know their food will not be hot so they can decide if they want to spend money for cold food. My hard taco was just that hard and my soft taco felt like it just came out the bag.The lemonade was good though. The garlic parmesan wings were good.

Nachos are way too salty. I won't be going back to this place anymore. Tons of salt on nachos is a great way to land your customers in the hospital. Leave the salt off the nachos please.

Food was great but it was slow and it was not packed for how slow it was.
