I recently visited this restaurant with my wife and was completely taken aback by the poor customer service from the cashier, which i didn't he name but has beard and glass . From the moment I approached the counter, they were rude and visibly irritated. Simple questions about the menu seemed to annoy them, and their snappy responses made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. I hope management takes note and addresses this issue because the service definitely overshadowed the food.

It's a shame other Tijuana Flats locations are closing. They're reasonably priced with good food, and the employees are super friendly. I always look forward to their queso.

I’m a delivery driver, this place has gone bad this year, it’s a total lie, they say wait 2 minutes, but in reality it’s 20 minutes or more, it’s stealing my time.

Have eaten at this location several times now, mostly to take advantage of the fantastic taco Tuesday deal, and it has been a great experience each time. Tried the blackened chicken nachos on my last visit and they were delicious. Will be returning often.
