Don’t let the 5* review to fool you. There’s nothing special about their dim sum and their menu is very limited. It’s a small place and the service is ok ( a typical Chinese restaurant service). I came here just because of the good reviews but it didn’t reflect the reality. It’s nothing like a typical dim sum place and the wait for food was longer than I expected. Their fried rice was good. Restaurant was a little warm inside. It's small but quaint. Staff is friendly and the food is really good and very fresh, prices aren't terrible for the portions you get either! Everything is made to order so it's super fresh, but you do end up waiting a few minutes versus some of the other dim sum spots in Jacksonville where you can grab stuff off of a cart. I'd still say this is a great value though for the portions and The taste. Definitely coming back when...
For a shopping center tucked away right off of 295, TimWah Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant has great food at an affordable price. As a family of 4 paying for the full meal they have the best price compared to its local competitors
