I’ve always loved this place but the menu change left my family so disappointed. The wings , the tots, the sliders… all gone. Not sure my individual experience actually matters but this really stinks lol

Had family from out of town and their first time in Jacksonville. On11/25/25 around 6-7pm - whoever the hostess was, was probably the rudest, laziest person I ever encountered. When we told her it was a party of 6 adults and 3 children she rolled her eyes and seemed unable to handle the task at hand…..which was simply her job. She told us multiple times she had to figure out what to do? Did the restaurant seem busy? No. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. And the best part? I guess to try to make us not want to eat there? (Because who doesn’t want the business and money??) she told me they would have to do automatic gratuity for such a big party - absolutely not an issue. She proceeded to roll her eyes again when I told her I didn’t care. She proceeded to tell us to come back in 10 minutes for her to figure out what to do for us. Well, we proceeded to take our business and money elsewhere to J.Alexander’s just a few steps down and was seated immediately, no issues, and top notch service. Stay away from this place if you happen to be a larger party than 2 I guess? So the hostess doesn’t have to do her job. Or maybe if you are a person of color as it seemed like she could have been put off by that as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They changed the menu drastically. The took all of the popular and most delicious foods off the menu

Visited 3 times now and never had a bad experience! The food and service is always on point. All the wait staff is so genuinely kind and so great at serving! Highly recommend the Nashville chicken sliders, ahi tuna tacos, coconut shrimp, and mai tai! Pretty much everything we’ve ordered here is delicious, but these were especially exceptional. (We dream about the frozen mai tai lol). Will definitely be back!!

We absolutely love Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Jacksonville! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The service is top notch every time; the staff is friendly, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. We love this place so much. We regularly drive from Fernandina just to have lunch or dinner here. It’s always worth the trip! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service in a beautiful setting.

Topped a beautiful evening with some Mahi Tacos and a nice drink in a tropical paradise here in Jacksonville, Florida! Really recommend this place, the people are nice and the clothing on the other side is of great look and quality.

I will start off by saying The food is very good. HOWEVER , the service is HORRIBLE . You start off by ordering when you go in, but they keep a tab open. Myself, my wife, and three children ordered our food and they said we would order our drinks at the table. After waiting 30 minutes, we finally stopped A server and asked if we could order drinks. Apparently, there are no designated servers, and everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off.. They took our drink order and left and then another server came back 10 minutes later to drop off our food. Still no drinks. We didn’t even order alcoholic drinks because we had our kids. The whole time nobody came up to us and asked us how our food was, if we needed anything else, if we needed our check, or if we want to refills. It’s really too bad. I won’t come back here again just because of the terrible service. The food is delicious though.

Soooo I tried this place a few years back when it first opened here…was not impressed. Fast forward to now and I’m obsessed the food was amazing! Fresh! Extremely delicious! And the place is actually a vibe! Everything was 10/10 and I absolutely will visit again!!!
