Toscana Little Italy

Had a 7:30 reservation with a group of 8. An HOUR went buy and no one came to even get our drink order. We left around 9 after never receiving our food and the party that stayed got their food after 10!!! No apologies. No offer of bread or anything while we waited almost THREE hours for our food. They said the machine that sent orders to the kitchen wasn’t working which was complete bogus and a poor excuse for the worst service we have ever received.

Had Reservations for this restaurant but myself alongside many people waited for up to an hour after our reservation time to be seated. I left after an hour of waiting, I highly recommend going to another restaurant.

We visited on Valentines day. It was our first time. We had a reservation for 8pm but didn't get seated until closer to 9pm because they were short staffed. Once seated, our server was attentive despite all the backups in the kitchen. We ordered the Bruschetta to start off, which we enjoyed. For our entrees, my husband ordered the Carbonara pasta, which was very good. Unfortunately, I ordered the Chicken Marsala. It was very underwhelming. The chicken was cooked properly, but the Marsala sauce was horrible, not edible for me. It was oily and the wine tasted like it was right out of the bottle without it having time to reduce like it's supposed to. Sad to say, but I enjoy the Chicken Marsala much more at Olive Garden.

Went on Valentine's Day. Reservation for 7pm, didn't get seated until 7:30pm, server came to the table only once, didn't get food until 8:45pm. I had to walk from our table back up to the bar just to get a drink refill while waiting for our food.There were several that got to the restaurant after us and got their food 40 minutes before us...not a good experience.

We were excited because of the reviews but VDay service seemed overbooked. I waited over an hour for my Citrus Grouper. The waiter must've came to our table 5 times to apologize for the delay. Food was ok. Wine selection good. Would like to give them another chance.

Very nice restaurant. Very clean and very attentive staff. Food quality was excellent! Maybe little on the pricey side for the amount of food you get. Other than that a very good experience. We will plan to return for sure for a special occasion.

First time at Toscana and it definitely met our expectations. The food was delish and we will definitely be coming back.

Food: 10/10 Service: 0/10 Ambience: 8/10 main demographic at time of visit: older white crowd (50+) Unsure if the restaurant staff are racist, but the treatment we received was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. We were the only Black couple in the restaurant at the time, and the space was fairly empty, only about 7-8 tables being served total. Our server barely interacted with us. She rarely checked in, did not seem interested in explaining the menu when we asked questions , and we had to remind ourselves to order wine because she simply never came back to our table. Meanwhile, a couple seated behind us -who arrived at least 30 minutes after we did- received noticeably better service. They were greeted warmly, checked on frequently, and were served their food before us, despite ordering well after we had (granted they had a different server, but that server also ignored us when we tried calling for assistance) The contrast in service was impossible to ignore and left us feeling dismissed and uncomfortable throughout the meal. While I will say the food itself was absolutely delicious, good food does not excuse poor treatment. We gave a cash tip ONLY because the food was good. Unfortunately, because of the service and the overall experience, this was our first and last visit.

The hot bread served at the beginning was delicious! Loved it. My angel hair pasta with tender meatballs and marina sauce —flavored well and terrific. I ordered a child-sized portion and it was plenty! Very generous. Our waiter was super friendly. Let's support this neighborhood restaurant!

If l could leave 0 Stars, l would. My family and l came in just this past weekend and frankly, l waited a few days to write this review to keep it as cordial as possible. First, our pizza was served to us extremely burned. Secondly, the service was decent, even though we were hoping to be served by a specific server from our last visit. Then, the server we did end up having was making inappropriate complaints and small talk about other coworkers/staff members. I believe that he thought he was being funny but it became very clear to us that there is alot of drama within this restaurant. Years ago, this establishment was a great spot to dine in but ever since new management stepped in, the quality of the food and service has declined drastically and if they continue with this mediocrity, this business will not last long, especially at the prices they charge. It's ludicrous!!

Our service was excellent and the restaurant is very nice and open. Overall it was a great experience However the veal that I had needed to be flattened and pounded out a little more for my liking - my wife's chicken on the other hand was perfect

Every one in our part of 7 enjoyed delicious entrees. Exceptional service. Great wine and cocktails. Highly recommended! A neighborhood gem.

Destiny was our waitress and she was great not only did she have a great personality she is a great server everything was perfect this was the first time we came here but we will be back the food was amazing and the atmosphere is so nice I would definitely recommend going here can’t wait to go back and try other items

In previous years the bread was served hot and toasty and full of garlic. Now it seems because it is served with the entree its luck warm and probably just an after thought. If you are going to serve something serve it right. Really disappointing
