Today was the second time I've gotten the Ranchero bowl and there were a few issues.The rice was a little over cook and the chicken was dry and flavorless.I normally enjoy my bowl but today it wasn't good.

I went to Tossgreen and the restaurant was empty, but I walked to the front counter to order where an employee was leaning over with her head basically on the counter. She didn’t acknowledge me for about a minute… then, I ordered my food, a rice bowl, and I got back to my office only to find that the rice was not even fully cooked. It was hard. Very gross and probably will not go back.

You specify that you don't want something and then they put it on anyway and you get the wrong order and it's really probably too late to make a big deal about it so I mean I understand things happen but I think if they pay attention to what you tell them more instead of their conversation with their employees online and they have their line in order because the other time I went in there too this is not the first time they messed up the other time they were out of stuff and they said it's Monday I guess that was to let me know that things happen and whatever but I won't be going back to them either this is the second time two Mondays in a row maybe just don't go on Monday I guess

The only reason I came to this salad place as opposed to getting a salad from numerous other places was the fact that they would chop and mix the salad all together with the dressing. No more, unfortunately. I asked why, and they said for sanitation. Sad times I don't think I'll be going back now.
