The most polite young man was working the drive thru today. He was kind, well mannered, and composed dealing with a long line of cars. Josh had some of the best customer service skills that I’ve seen in a while. I’ve worked in store management in the past and Josh is definitely a good employee. GIVE HIM A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!!!

Wanna give this place the benefit of the doubt they do not know how to make smoothies it’s always chunks of ice and fruit in the smoothies then it taste like they didn’t wash the blender. I mixed it with another smoothie. I’m just done with this location. they need better training.

Horrible service! First off, their women’s restroom was disgusting. Toilet paper and feces all over the toilet. Secondly, I place an order on the app. It goes through on my bank account but not on the app. I ask the lady at the counter, some guy in the back says they can’t help and I have to pay again and dispute it with my bank. I’m not paying another $15 for my meal when I just placed an order. The lady looked at what was going on could see what happened, asked this guy again and he said dispute it. Nobody helped me, tried to make it right, nothing. I don’t care how busy you are, if this guy was suppose to be the manger he should’ve come out and helped or try to make it right. It was the company’s fail not mine. Horrible location!!

I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to leave and have to come back because they did not put my side of chips in the bag . The least you all can do is make sure my order is right after I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes

First off, staff is great. But this is the MOST INCONSISTENT tropical smoothie location in Jacksonville.They have improved the smoothie consistency somewhat but the food is ridiculously underwhelming. I ask for extra chicken on my flatbread only for a third of the flatbread having no chicken at all, and it definitely didn't seem like any extra chicken was added. It's the closest to my work location but I think I've made my last trip there for along time. I'll be going to the one by the town center or on Southside. Save your money and go to those locations if you want quality every time you go.

I’m usually happy to get Tropical Smoothie on my side of town (thanks Roosevelt) but this one was….not meeting expectations.

My Thai (vegan) chicken wrap had zero sauce in it, very dry, flavorless. Definitely not how I’ve had it prepared before. Maybe I’ll give this spot another chance but we’ll see

I went 10-09-2025 around 7pm and the drive thru worker Elias was very rude. I needed a few minutes to look over the menu and I communicated that to her. She proceeds to pressure me when there is nobody behind me waiting. She was passive aggressive at the window and it made it a terrible experience.

I hope to see some change in the staff because the one on deerwood was amazing and I dont know why they took it down.

Very disgusting experience this morning. My smoothie was the sour in my bananas was old. This location needs to do better and make sure the food is fresh and the manager didn’t even apologize for the food not being Right he needs customer service

Out of chicken, sugar, and fruit on a Monday at 7:50pm? No way... I've been working in the heat all day and thought about a watermelon smoothie from here and couldnt wait, just to be told they are out of everything. Why even be open at that point.
