Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Found a fly in my food 🤢. I called and spoke to the manager and she offered to replace the food but obviously didn't care.

For multiple employees working at this establishment we were not greeted and tended to. We waited for 11 minutes in front of the register in the lobby, no line. To the owner id review your camera footage... We are going straight to corporate and the BBB regarding this matter. We ended up ordering our food through the drive thru. If youre not black the employees will not even acknowledge you. When I spoke to the manager all he had to say was sorry. As a manager thats poor handling of customer service. This place is not it. There is a trend of similar complaints at this business. The discrimination is clear.

Smoothie was good. Asked how she was doing at the register and her response was “what can I getcha”…

Lots of employees (7) standing around but took their time to speak to me and took even longer to take my order. My drink took abnormally even longer to get. There was one mobile order ahead of me but I was not impressed with the service I got here.

Walked in the place an order and only one person out of 6 greeted me. The others were all involved in their conversations and one was talking about that she was leaving. Needless to say I left without placing an order for the rudest staff. Management needs to fire them because they obviously have had no home training for being kind to others

It's ridiculous how slow pace this establishment is. Not sure if they are understaffed but something needs to change. I keep coming to see if it would be different but each time same. Smh! I end up going to smoothie king.

Stood for 5 minutes with my husband and no one even acknowledged our existence. We ended up just walking out. Worst customer service ever. Your trainees need to be trained better.

got home with my food to find no bananas and a sliver of peanut butter on my flatbread. of course they don't ever answer their phones either so i just had to deal with the fact i spent money on this. never going again .

I wanted to try the acai bowl but I didn't know that it comes frozen. It has fresh fruit on top but I need to wait for about an hour to thaw before I can eat it. So now I have to go somewhere else to eat because I'm hungry. Unacceptable!

6 workers was working when I visit this store and not one single person had manners. I walked in and everyone was completely silent. I stood at the register for 3 mins before someone took my order. I was the only customer in there. They were too busy playing with each other and everyone had attitudes. I would never come back here again. I tried giving tropical smoothie a try but smoothie king is what I will stick to.

I originally had a 5 star review but I’m removing it and bringing it down to a 1. This place just keeps getting worse and worse as the months go by. Customer service is going downhill, the quality of smoothies is going down hill, I came in tonight and they were all out of açaí bowls? How do you run out of an açaí bowl? This is the 4th time now I’ve come and my smoothie taste terrible. I get the same thing every single time and I’ve been getting tropical smoothie for years now. Ive been to several different locations and this one is by far the worst. It’s at the point where I’ll no longer be coming to this location and I’ll be making the drive elsewhere. This location needs improvement.

Took forever to get my bowl but it was really good. Staff was friendly just not fast

The main issue that I had was the young lady fixing food chewing gum (I guess) in a open kitchen. It took awhile to get my drink, but I always try being patient.

Cashiers are horrible my slider was so burnt and when I was asked to make it over rude! Also this store is confusing one minute a cashier is giving out extra left overs from your smoothie while others charge confusing . The cashier today was really rude about it. I will not be returning and if you want watered down smoothies this isn’t it . I heard her tell someone to remake a smoothie twice .
