Tropical Smoothie Café is a great place with fresh, delicious smoothies and food. The staff is friendly, and the management does an excellent job keeping everything organized, clean, and running smoothly. You can really tell they care about both customers and employees. Highly recommend!

Horrible service I came in for my order which I was having issues with due to my tmobile Tuesday code not working, and lady at the front can’t recall her name anymore but she said she’d help and turns out she wasn’t really helping and was still charging me the smoothie and not the side when the whole point is to walk out paying less as possible which is what the deal was on my tmobile app, they couldn’t just help a SINGLE costumer in need and just look out when they clearly could see that I had the code. They must really be on budget cause wow that was embarrassing both for me and for the company itself, dry attitude as well. This isn’t the tropical I grew up with, go to spot after work but might change soon. Left with no food now, thx.

Mobile orders aren't enough of a purchase to be able to use the bathroom. You have to make a purchase at the register according to the employee to be able to use the bathroom.

Smoothies are great but the drive thru is ridiculously slow. If you need to kill 30 minutes while waiting for Texas Roadhouse to open come here.

I love this location!!!!! The service this morning is wonderful. They make their kale apple slaw so good! I will keep coming back. I wish names were on the receipts, the gentleman who helped me made my day!

Spent over 45 minutes in the drive-through for one smoothie. Just a bunch of kids standing around in the restaurant doing nothing no apology no explanation.

Sat in line for 25 mins before I just left and went somewhere else. Crazy part is after I read the reviews I’m glad I left. We need a community commission over here to get businesses like this out of here.

One of the worst!!!!! The service is horrible. I frequent Tropical smoothie locations and this is by far the absolute worst. The days of good customer service are gone.

Usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but when it says it closes at 9pm they mean it stops serving customers at 8:40pm. At least they let us use the bathroom. Also, no napkins out for customers to use.

Don't go to this location when there's no manager on duty!! Terrible! Food be just tossed together however they feel and my biggest bother would be when you say you close at 9 close at 9 not 845 or 850! Nothing is supposed to be shut down until 9!! You close at 9 young ladies and gentlemen that doesn't mean close early so you can get off at 9!! What's happening to this world?! Service has gone to crap everywhere!! I came in at 846 and they tell me we only making smoothies after 845. What? Then they licked the doors after I walked out at 848

This has got to be the worst Tropical smoothie I have ever been in. I always place an order in the app because I know how busy they are. How is it that it states my order will be ready at 12:34 and at 1:10 I’m still waiting? And why is it they never put the straw in the bin with your smoothie for pickup? Then have to wait for someone to notice you waiting to get a straw? Completely negates the purpose of ordering in the app. Horrible cafe!
