Horrible customer service with 0 accountability because that’s the policy. What happened to refunds when you forget an item? What happened to customer service? Now you get people who shouldn’t be managers hanging up on customers and basically stealing from them. I want a refund not to come get my food you forgot to put in the delivery bag. I know it’s not policy to give a crap or a refund. But it should be policy to check to order before it leaves the kitchen. And no I don’t want you to put my name in your book to come get one at a later time! Refund my money that you charged me for for goods and services that where never fulfilled.

The customer service at the Roosevelt and Argyle location has been great. The smoothies are delicious. I think they need to fill the cups to the top for as much as the smoothie's cost.

I ordered breakfast through the app via delivery when I received my breakfast wrap the only thing that came on it was bacon and the tortilla. I called the store and was told I was speaking with the general manager who told me they couldn’t do anything to refund the order only have me drive to the location with the item and then they could replace it. The customer service is severely lacking and it’s disappointing to order food in and be met with this.
On top of that the outside of the banana flatbread I ordered was covered in peanut butter and honey and the smoothie spilled inside the bag.
A messy disappointing order to say the least.

The staff at this location is always pleasant. I go here often. My food is always fresh. I had one mishap, and when I filled out the survey, it was corrected immediately by the Director of tropical smoothie. Continue to thrive.

This location twice did not execute best smoothies. I got a peanut butter cup and they forgot peanut butter. Today I got an island green and it was very watered down but besides these 2 instances Tropical Smoothie is So Good!

I tried an online order for pickup and it was ready, but the salad had no dressing. Probably just an oops but made for a kinda bland first experience. Also tried the Avocolada smoothie. Didn't taste like any of the citrus was in there so it was pretty bland too. Maybe better next time.

Always love a good smoothie and food ain't bad. People are always friendly here.
But all tropical smoothies lack atmosphere. Just feels blah inside. Back in the day the 1st tropical smoothie I went to in VA was pretty nice decorations and then made it seem like a tropical resort. Now a days they're just a bland "modern" inside and that's boring

The tropical smoothie on Roosevelt has been wonderful for a long time. Nothing topped yesterday at the eclipse where my family unintentionally spent the duration of the event with the entire team. It was a joyous time with everyone as we experienced the event together. The manager has always been awesome and is attentive of his customers and employees. Such a small building that focuses mainly on drive thru and pick up, but that building has never been short staffed whenever I've been there. You take care of your employees. They take care of the customers. The business keeps coming, and the cycle continues. Thank you, team. My family and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
