Horrible place of business the manager Melissa is very unprofessional an rude very judgmental she wants new hires to try an cover up there eczema or skin just because she doesn’t like the way it looks maybe she should look in the mirror

No Happy Hour at this location. Will not return. The location in San Marco is much better with customer service.

I just want to say this. I’ve been there every day this week to get a smoothie maybe something extra depending how I feel. I got good service good attitude from all the employees until today. I got an attitude, especially when I told them I order something they didn’t give it to me. Then I got a couple smoothies and you guys didn’t want clean off the cups because you spilled it everywhere so I gotta clean it and got it everywhere cause you guys don’t do your job if you’re unhappy with your job then quit and go somewhere else but if somebody wants to come in there every single day Don’t give them attitude if somebody came in every single day I would think that’s a good thing but clearly you guys don’t think that.

Usually enjoy Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Be careful at the drive though when paying by credit card. Either the employee's finger or my finger inadvertently tapped the 'tip' screen selecting an unwanted tip. The next screen where you insert/tap your card has no total, so you totally miss that you tipped 22% as you use your card. Ended up coming inside to refund the smoothie as it was pretty bad. Cashier said that she could remake it but not refund it. When I said I wanted a refund, she just shrugged. After I told her I didn't want another bad smoothie, she finally called over a manager(?), who quickly refunded the total. Thanks Peyton for being the only decent employee.

The staff was so willing to assist me the second I walked in the door! I messed up my online order and they were so understanding and quick to help me despite my own mistake. They fixed everything for me the way I wanted it. Great staff and customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I ordered a southwest wrap this morning and it only had chicken egg & cheese in it. There was no tomato, spinach or chipotle Mayo which was disappointing bc I’ve ordered this before from this location & it was good!

***UPDATE***Molly called me the next day and I explained the situation, she did explain that there may not have been a senior manager there to override the decision, I am appreciative of her calling and making right of the situation making me me feel as if my business is appreciated and valued. I normally encounter Molly through the drive through and her energy really beams through the speaker. She’s always so upbeat and just really gives you the “Chick fil la” experience.Just left this location…I came because it was advertised if you purchase a meal you get a free smoothie. With app and coupon in hand I placed the order and was told it wasn’t working. The young lady saw what was advertised, after her trying for over 10 mins I asked for a manager to honor the deal and she told me she was the manager and they just couldn’t give away “free food”. Your app advertises a free smoothie with food purchase. As a manager I would make a business decision in satisfying the customer rather losing a customer over 7.00. Horrible customer service. After calling corporate I was told “she definitely should have just honored the coupon”. Silly

I tried the smoothie bowl for the first time. I got the açaí bowl and the fruit was very fresh and the bowl was very tasty but for $11 I expected it to be bigger. I think you get a better deal when you get the actual smoothies. Customer service was great - I went through the drive thru and it was very efficient and the employees were friendly.
