They served me a lukewarm smoothie….lukewarm…oh and that was after waiting nearly 10 minutes in the drive thru for it too…

MOLLY/MARY makes the absolute best Acai bowls on the planet. She's so friendly and personable warm and welcoming.. On all of my next visits, I'm asking if she could make my bowls... And if she can't, I don't want it.. She's that good... Give that woman a raise... Mr. BROOKLYN

I've got to admit, I absolutely LOVE this Tropical Smoothie location. Of course the smoothies are great but the real jewels are the people! From the behind the counter to the awesome Manager, they always make me feel like I'm their favorite customer! Thank you all so much for the excellent customer experience!

The worker at the window was very rude and not professional. I don't want to spend my hard earned money when your workers can't do their job properly. Do better! It !!

Definitely one of, if the not the best TSC in town. Smoothies have been more on the watery/poorly blended side lately though, I hope this doesn't become a norm. Service is always a 10/10.

My smoothie I received today today was poorly made chunks of ice and fruit won’t even go through the straw!! Very disappointing!!!

I placed an order for pickup yesterday, and when I got home and tried my smoothie, it tasted terrible — definitely a 0/10 experience. The smoothie wasn’t blended well at all; I could taste chunks of strawberry and even ice when I tried to drink it. On top of that, I could taste the powder I requested, which clearly wasn’t mixed in properly. I usually enjoy your smoothies, but this one was really disappointing. Please do better tropical smoothie, I usually dont do reviews but this is probably my 4 or 5th having this issue I would like a remake or my money back

Tropical Smoothie Café is my go-to spot in Jax, especially before surprising my girlfriend with lunch at work. The Pomegranate Plunge is my all-time favorite smoothie — refreshing, perfectly sweet, and packed with flavor — and it pairs perfectly with the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap, which is always fresh, filling, and full of spice. The staff here are friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s the kind of place that consistently makes the day better.

This has got to be 1 of the friendliest TS I’ve ever been too! I ran in just to grab something and the cashier was so sweet she was trying to get my free smoothie but I ordered a kids meal .. Manager came over and helped and changed my order to a wrap sub turkey! I had no idea they could do that! The young lady who made my wrap was super sweet and made it with perfection! You guys rock! Told my work mates how sweet everyone was! Will definitely come by again! Thank you for making my Friday morning wonderful to set the tone for the rest of my day!

I went during what I would consider their lunch rush & they were all killing it! It was busy in the lobby as well as the drive-thru! I placed my order on the app and it was ready on time despite the busyness. The order was correct, nothing missing! Despite them probably being under a lot of stress they were positive and had great energy! 10/10!

Some of nicest people you'll ever meet always trying their best to deliver quality and great customer service with kindness. With a drive-thru, indoor seating and small outside seating that includes umbrella topped tables.

For a tropical smoothie, it’s pretty great. Food is always good. The place is always clean. The people are always nice. I go at least once a week on lunch break.
