Visited Tropical around 220-230pm on 8/29..service was great. I went into the restaurant to order and redeem some rewards points, i got to the counter and my app was acting odd but the cashier (I think she was a manager, pinkish shirt) was able to resolve my issue. She was very kind and it helped me more than she knows. The food was great. The kitchen staff was also friendly. The food was great, very well made and not skimpy on ingredients. Will definitely visit again very soon.

Yall don’t notify customers of there rewards AND CATCH ATTITUDES also dont take pride in the food seems like all they want is you money and get you out the window and nothing going to change just a response on this app apologizing they messed your day up these reviews go months back it’s about time river city get all the north side customers! If they follow the recipes, the food and smoothies are good. The service.... That is where my rating starts losing stars. To the girl working the drive thru with the Lovely aqua head covering, maybe take your finger off the mic button before you audibly sigh in frustration that I didn't have my order ready in 30 seconds. I don't have the menu memorized. And your tone indicates just how much you hate your job or maybe just the people coming through. I wish you all the things you deserve. I'll drive the extra few miles to Smoothie King next time.

Had a horrible experience ordered a smoothie got an attitude from the girl taking payment because she didn’t hear me say I didn’t want a receipt. She took my smoothie behind the counter where I couldn’t see not sure what she did with it but it tasted horrible like dirt water . I called the manager who said we can write your name down to remake it but I’m not sure if she did something to it like why would she take it where I couldn’t see. Anyhow if she didn’t do something to it , it was a waste of $8 + tip . It was in drinkabl,I will not be returning, I wouldn’t waste my time here for horrible smoothies.

There is no reason the drive thru wait is 20 mins, then another 15 mins at the window to get my order after paying. It looked like they were just standing around killing time as it was a little over an hour before closing. No excuse for the slow service when all I ordered were smoothies.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THE APP. They will cancel your order after a couple of hours (someone stole my order). Then, I check to see if the charge for the canceled order fell off my card & now I’m going to have to try to dispute the charge. So thanks.

I saw a young lady take the lid off a smoothie n she sniffed it and put the lid back on.When I told them about it they said she was checking to make sure it was the rite smoothie. BY SNIFFING IT!!!!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK

My smoothie was missing the peanut butter which is one of the main ingredients in which I get. Service took a long time to receive my smoothie. Lately it's taken a while to get it but it's closer than any other one.

I placed 2 orders here 20 minutes apart. I picked up the first order, went to CVS down the street and forgot to pickup my second order. Called and spoke with someone and was advised to come in the following morning to pick up my smoothie. I get there and they ask for a physical copy. I placed the order online and show them my email with the order/ confirmation number. Of course I dont have a physical receipt for a mobile order. The cashier cannot find my receipt for the order in the unclaimed product binder. So someone stole it right? The manager was like “I dont know I guess”. They advised they cant make my smoothie. Asked for the district manager contact information. Have yet to hear back from this person. Its probably a fake name and email to get me out the store. Do not go to this tropical smoothie. Your order will be stolen and you will have no recourse.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. I didn’t order for delivery when I got my order. It was completely wrong. The smoothie that I received was completely watered down it tasted terrible. I called the location and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund that I would have to come into the building… I ordered my order online to be delivered to me I see no point on me having to Drive all the way to their location just for my refund…
