I placed 2 orders here 20 minutes apart. I picked up the first order, went to CVS down the street and forgot to pickup my second order. Called and spoke with someone and was advised to come in the following morning to pick up my smoothie. I get there and they ask for a physical copy. I placed the order online and show them my email with the order/ confirmation number. Of course I dont have a physical receipt for a mobile order. The cashier cannot find my receipt for the order in the unclaimed product binder. So someone stole it right? The manager was like “I dont know I guess”. They advised they cant make my smoothie. Asked for the district manager contact information. Have yet to hear back from this person. Its probably a fake name and email to get me out the store. Do not go to this tropical smoothie. Your order will be stolen and you will have no recourse.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. I didn’t order for delivery when I got my order. It was completely wrong. The smoothie that I received was completely watered down it tasted terrible. I called the location and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund that I would have to come into the building… I ordered my order online to be delivered to me I see no point on me having to Drive all the way to their location just for my refund…

I used my reward points and ordered the new caramelized pineapple. When I tell you it was awful. I couldn't even drink it. The cinnamon has no place in that smoothie. I love every smoothie I purchase from Tropical Smoothie. But this one is a hard NO. Not for me. Then the staff was playing around and there was a line of customers waiting. I'm not really sure what was going on. But the gentleman was taking orders, then he just stopped and switched to something else and just left people in line. That is not very good customer service. Bring back the Red Sangria for Christmas.

The location at 1290 dunn ave jacksonville fla 32218 has tooo many teenage employees in there and all they do is make customers wait to order while they are finishing up talking about there personal conversations which no one should have to hear that. When you walk to the counter to order, they will see you standing there and will ignore you. They dont greet you coming through the doors or anything. When its time to order, they just stand there and look at you. I dont think there is a manager there at night. If it is, he or she is not running the store as should and the employees is not putting customers first. Ordering through the drive thru is a joke. The employees are not focused on anything but there employee to employee conversations. It should not take 10 to 15 minutes to get my smoothie when I can surely see at the window that there is no customers inside. I may need to take my business somewhere.
