Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered from Tropical Smoothie from many locations but the incompetency at this particular location is EXTREMELY BAD! Regularly leaving items out from my order off the app. Then when you call them it’s not there problem or fault, even after they admit they messed up. Then all they do is put your name in a book! I ordered online for delivery for a reason people! Get it together. They also hung up on me multiple times, put me on hold hoping I’d hang up. Then when asked for an owners name or number they hit you with “its not our policy” so I’ll be filling a report with local authorities for theft or fraud as well as the state attorney and the BBB. Do better, be better. Your jobs not hard, life’s harder.

I think everyone at this location is new or just don't understand there job. I feel sorry for the one young lady who was running everything.
Very slow service and they also forgot about my order. I had to go and ask for it to even be made.

I have only experienced drive thru, they are friendly and kind staff. I ordered the chipotle chicken flatbread with NO bacon and the avocolada. Very good pair

Well I usually go through the drive-thru, but this time I decided to go in because I had my 7 year old grandson with me and I just like the experience that way. So the only issue that I have is that the lobby was not very clean, there was straw rappers on the floor. I know that's not the staff's fault but somebody really needs to check around in the lobby on a regular basis.
Other than that I think I had a smoothie and maybe a wrap that day and everything was amazing as usual.

Seems as if every employee is in training . Really long wait times

The light skin girl with tattoos . Is a thief . Every time when she handles my order , when I scan for my points they are already scanned . Management needs to look into this

Visited about 3-4 times , same experience. Customer service horrible .. will have you waiting for an order that's incorrect... save the frustration and go to San Marco location .

Went to this location for the first time on yesterday with my children and was thoroughly disappointed. Our smoothie were great, however, we had to wait 20 minutes for our sandwiches and they were not good. The tomatoes were on their last leg, the bread was soggy and they just didn’t look all that appetizing. Too bad we didn’t check them before we arrived home. The young man at the drive thru was not too helpful, but the guy making the smoothies was and I appreciate him.

We usually go to the San Marco location as my children attend school in that area, but thought we’d give this new location a try since it’s on the way to our house.

Never again. Will gladly ride past this location and drive farther for better service and food.

The manager don’t keep her people long enough and she likes to make fake excuses to fire them and the food there is nasty and I found a cockroach in my smoothie

Worst service ever. Manager stepped in to help and it still went no where fast! Would have given Zero stars but wasn't an option!

The only reason I'm leaving this review and giving more than one star is the employee Izabella. She helped me today when my app malfunctioned and tried to tell me that I had already used my reward when Izabella and I clearly saw that was not the case. Instead of ending the whole transaction and not giving me the smoothie from my reward (which has happened too many times now) she was able to sort out the problem and use my reward after all. Exceptional staff that deserve much more for the service they provide.
