On 2/18/26 went to this location. Was left unattended in the drive thru but when customers walked in the empty lobby they're orders were taken. The young man apologized and offered a cookie, my sandwich was good but my smoothie tasted like water. This isn't my first bad experience at this location, but my last.

Today kids were working in the morning 2/17/26 2 boys and 1 girl . Been waiting in the drive thru for 10 mins for 2 smoothies all they do is talk to each other I had wave one down asking how long because I need to go to work . And even so when a kid had my smoothie in his hands he was standing infront of the window waving my drink as he was using his hands as he was talking to his coworkers . Ridiculous ! There should be an older person in charge with them .

Must be a new person working there, my food wasn't like it normally is there. There was no cheese on my 3cheese quesadilla and something was missing (possibly the banana or the pea protein) from my smoothie as well.

I got a huge mocha smoothie with added protein, energy and it was so good. I dined in and it was so peaceful and everyone had a great attitude. Plus the manager was super nice and very personal with everyone that came in. Great atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend.

This is by far the best Tropical Smoothie in Florida.

There’s a new trend to make customers wait extra long time if low tip or no tip. Makes it hard for making a stop before work or during lunch. Other locations don’t play this game.

Quick service every time! Order ahead and it’s ready when you get there, nothing like a smoothie for lunch light on the stomach and get back to HVAC!

Clean environment, staff was quick and helpful! Caribbean Jerk Chicken is my favorite! Kids ate all there food which is a good sign:)
