I am appalled at the nasty rasict music in the cafe. I try to give it the benefit of doubt by thinking it was one song, sometimes it happens. I placed my order and had to hear nasty, vile, sexual content music waiting on my bowl. My food was so nasty when I opened it after I left the cafe. It was not even ediable. My boyfriend and I have been coming to the Tropical Smoothie on Southside Blvd and Baymeadows for over a year. Everyone there is so friendly and im extremely picky about how i like my smoothie made. They recently hired Josh as the General Manager and i have never had a better exprience since he took over. This is normally my regular location, seeing as it's up the street from my job. However, today there was a seminar and I ran into one of the representatives on my way to take a break.This lady highlighted my day by asking me if I would like a smoothie & allowing me to select my flavor. Generosity & one random act of kindness made my day so much more better, and for that I say thank you! GREAT customer service exemplifying!
