Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Mid… service was uninspired. I asked how they were doing, they said nothing and just watched me order. 🤷‍♂️ as to be expected. Store was clean though and empty. Food was ok.

The girl at the cashier was so rude. It’s empty in the store and I went up to order and they were all just stood in a circle having a conversation before they even said anything to me. Then the girl asked what I wanted in a rude tone and as I was ordering turned around and she continued to talk in the circle.

I am appalled at the nasty rasict music in the cafe. I try to give it the benefit of doubt by thinking it was one song, sometimes it happens. I placed my order and had to hear nasty, vile, sexual content music waiting on my bowl. My food was so nasty when I opened it after I left the cafe. It was not even ediable. I think it was safe to say I have never in my life seen such out of date bananas. I wish I would have asked for my money back and left. I will never walk into a cafe again. If this is the normal for this cafe they should be shut down.

I love tropical smoothie but this location is always falling short ! Either out of chocolate chip cookies , chips or even pesto. I placed a pickup order for a chicken pesto flatbread and there was no pesto. If they are out just let me know before I can pick up my order.

I normally do not leave reviews but I want to say that Darius is so pleasant and he fixes my food just right. When I come in the mornings he always speak and always smiling.

The two employees were amazing. Handles a rush with ease. A pleasant surprise to see people take pride in their work.

The two people who waited on me and prepared my order a smoothie and breakfast wrap never washed their hands nor wore gloves after touching door handle, cash register and working on her computer. Ugh! Asked for refund and left.

Top notch today. Great smoothies(2 of us) and all staff were pleasant from start to finish.

Definitely the worst tropical smoothie place I have ever been to. I went with my husband this morning for some smoothies and acai bowls for breakfast and they seemed like they were asleep or didn't want to work. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order and it wasn't even full. There was only one person ahead of us and they made her wait a long time too. They were not friendly, they didn't even say good morning, much less try to help us in a nice way. My God, it was terrible. I will never go back. How horrible.

The person serving and preparing the smoothies coughed a number of times into her hand and made no attempt to wear gloves or even wash her hands before touching utensils or food.
This has ensured that I do not shop at this business in the future.

Stopped in for a quick lunch to go and wasn’t impressed. When I got back to the job site to eat I find my chipotle quesadilla spilling out in the box and not even cut through into pieces. It took about 12 minutes to get the order, so not that long but also not fast. Didn’t expect it to be over $15 and they do the annoying tip screen set to 20%. Also the app sucks now with no deals
