Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I walked in to get a smoothie, stood quietly in front of the POS system and waited, while the young female cashier out loud said BRUH directly to me, did not take my order, and proceeded to continue doing what she was doing, until a minute later she said, I’ll help you in a minute. And proceeded to take another 5 minutes to help me or say anything else to me. Either hire more people so your team doesn’t feel understaffed, or hire more productive workers.

Great staff, me and my little one enjoy grab and go, almost never waiting.

Good food but they literally cannot get an order right, repeat it back correct and still mange to mess it up completely. How do you put just chicken on a wrap with just Turkey? Nothing on my wrap is ever right. If you have allergies I do NOT recommend.

Staff are very nice and responsive. I just hope that they have the mesquite bbq chips again

RUDDDEEEEE. The girl working Monday , October 28 at 8:20pm decided to be rude and turn us away claiming they were closed ? Which is weird to me because all locations close at 9pm ? And this is absolutely not the first time the same girl has been rude to us , you guys really need to hire people who do there job correctly and don’t have an attitude problem, horrribllleee service by far !!!

I love this store. The staff is always friendly and polite. I get my food fast. The store is filled with a diverse staff that gives me hope for the future. I love the Tropical Smoothie app as well it is cutting edge.

I always buy snacks from this store. I like the chain's proposal for healthier food. However, today I had a negative experience. Today, while I was waiting for my order, one of the attendants was preparing the order with her hair down, and twice she touched her hair to put it behind her ear while handling the food with the same glove on her hands. It should be company policy for employees who handle food to have their hair tied up... definitely disappointing.

Favorite place 2 go when you're working about 10hrs a day and driving 25 miles back home with no A/C The smoothies are fabulous I haven't tried all of them yet but will see ?

Will never go back to this location. Run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing. The wait for a smoothie was 20 mins when there was one other person in the store. Ridiculous.

I ordered smoothie online and got there and they were shut down why day your open online now I'm out my money and have no way of getting it back until they reopen who knows when that will be
