Saturday dinner rush. Employee Walt? is whipping out smoothies left and right. Other young man is making entrees like lightening McQueen. Very busy for no manager to be up front.

The atmosphere is so awful in there. And the young girl cashier who rung me out absolutely knows nothing and will look at you with the most dull face the entire time, won’t respond to half the things you say, she won’t greet nor say have a good day. She just stared at me when I would ask her a question.. just so dull. I asked if they had a protein smoothie and she looked at me so confused and said “I mean you can add protein to a smoothie”.. thankfully I found the peanut paradise smoothie on the menu on my own. I was having issues with their card system accepting a tap. It kept saying bad tap. I would tell her and she would literally just sit there and not say a word to me while I was figuring it out on my own. She def needs some training and management needs to do a better job. Worst location their smoothie taste like water

I wish Tropical Smoothie would be consistent. I ordered the Mango Monsoon from the Roosevelt’s location and it was delicious (I had to tell them please do not make it watery). I order the same smoothie today from the San Jose location and IT’S WATERY!! If I wanted water, then I would have gotten a bottled water. This smoothie today lacks flavor because it tastes watery. Please stop making your smoothies like this!

I came in on Friday 7/11 at 815pm. I ordered my food and was met with a sigh. I asked is that okay. The young man said yeah i can make it. It’s just that everything’s clean and we’re about to close. Then my quesadilla was thrown in the box thrown in the bag so it was halfway out the box when i opened it. No napkins no thank you. Nothing. I will never be back to this location

Jarric is by far the best person!! He is professional and provides the best in class service I have experienced in a long time. His personality, patience, kindness is unmatched. This company is lucky to have him!

I walked in to get a smoothie, stood quietly in front of the POS system and waited, while the young female cashier out loud said BRUH directly to me, did not take my order, and proceeded to continue doing what she was doing, until a minute later she said, I’ll help you in a minute. And proceeded to take another 5 minutes to help me or say anything else to me. Either hire more people so your team doesn’t feel understaffed, or hire more productive workers.

Good food but they literally cannot get an order right, repeat it back correct and still mange to mess it up completely. How do you put just chicken on a wrap with just Turkey? Nothing on my wrap is ever right. If you have allergies I do NOT recommend.

Staff are very nice and responsive. I just hope that they have the mesquite bbq chips again

RUDDDEEEEE. The girl working Monday , October 28 at 8:20pm decided to be rude and turn us away claiming they were closed ? Which is weird to me because all locations close at 9pm ? And this is absolutely not the first time the same girl has been rude to us , you guys really need to hire people who do there job correctly and don’t have an attitude problem, horrribllleee service by far !!!

I love this store. The staff is always friendly and polite. I get my food fast. The store is filled with a diverse staff that gives me hope for the future. I love the Tropical Smoothie app as well it is cutting edge.
